Bahria Town Becomes Authority | No Need For SBCA NOC & Lease

  • Bahria Town Karachi has always been in legal battles whether with Supreme Court of Pakistan, Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), Armed Political Parties like Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party whose name is completely opposite and who has set ablaze Bahria Town Karachi's Gate by bringing their armed uneducated people and destroyed the front plazas as well.
    Moreover there has always been a cold war between Bahria and DHA, DHA being the project of GHQ Housing, and Pakistan being ruled by Pakistani army from the backhand has been immune to everything despite their ridiculous development pace. Also people has a misconception that DHA CITY prices never fall like Bahria, which is completely untrue, and to do justice to his I would let real estate investors know that both Bahria Town Karach & DHA CITY Karachi prices are in sync because more or less they share all the same dynamics.
    In this video I have shared Why Bahria Town Karachi does not really needs any NOC, and sublease to be given to customers. The famous supreme court of Pakistan by the previous Chief Justice was on the basis that the Malir Development Authority (MDA) gave ownership rights to Bahria Town Karachi on exchange of land, rather than lease.
    Actually people should take benefit from this time and buy as it is purchasing time and clients can get plots, apartments, houses on so called theft rates.
    If only Bahria Town Karachi becomes an Authority like MDA and DHA, it will escape the need of needing any NOC & Lease from SBCA or any governed bodies.
