How to get your money back from a bad lawyer:
-- Call the Arizona State Bar to explain your case and ask if you may be eligible to apply to the Client Protection Fund. Call 602-340-7280 within Maricopa County or 800-319-0514, extension 7280, everywhere else.
-- Fill out an application on the Arizona State Bar website. Forms are available in English and in Spanish.
-- Cooperate as necessary with the fund investigator, staff and board.
-- Wait for the fund board to vote on your claim.

Be careful. If your court deal is still in progress the judge will be very displeased with you for throwing your representative under the bus. Everyone regularly in the court room are friends, like a pack of wolves, sort of.. and you're the variable. If you start making waves and get a lawyer/attorney disbarred then you just hurt someone within their pack. Bad move. They don't like that. Just a little FYI. I hope this helps someone

My case is in Civil district court parish of New Orleans 2008-05619 my case was a 41 party lawsuit against major oil field companies it is a toxic tart case radioactive waste material my my lawyer's misguided me to take less than what the case was worth I came down with unexplainable bone cancer all of the major player oil and gas companies we worked at a pipe cleaning facility they were worn the material causes cancer because it was a hotspot for radioactive waste material so out of the 25 companies that paid my lawyers cost me into taking 85,000 in the other 16 hole out defendants have not paid anything I'm at a dead stop I don't know law I wish someone could help me with this issue my case is in New Orleans Louisiana civil district court my case number is 2008-05619 I'm at a standstill with no help because I fired the group of lawyers please help me if you could maybe give me directions or just share your thoughts on it something I would appreciate it thank you

I reported a lawyer who got suspended for 2 years. It took 7 years. Accused lawyer hired attorney who dragged, appealed and as a result got conditions upon reinstatement. His lawyer got good buck from him, he got to charge him for 7 years and for appeal which got him more sanctions. Do not be afraid. Call bar in hour state and report. If you want to sue, there are 2 years statue of limitation for malpractice and 6 upon discovery of misconduct, check your state laws. Good luck.
In Florida, lawyers are required to carry liability insurance.

Always avoid the lawyers who have ex clients who want to kill them. Also avoid lawyers who will not accept Russian gangster clients. Avoid lawyers that have no pupils- just black hole eyes to hell. Immediately leave prospctive lawyers who ask how much money you have in liquid assets. Any lawyer who has checked out your home or business property online (he's going to take it). A lawyer that persuaded you to litigate when you're actually trying to settle privately but with a court order. At 5 minutes passed the free interview, if your prospective lawyer wants to now charge the full 35minutes then simply leave, don't look back. If you've engaged a lawyer but he calls you everyday painting the worst horrific scenario whilst charging £50 for 4 mins then feel lucky and cancel his retainer immediately. A bad lawyer will crucify your soul & undermine any good character because they like to make everyone evil like themselves so they can feel normal. .
I lost my son! I neversign my rights over I've always had my daughter DCS never thought to take her away you wouldn't believe the legal fees of these and the lies that they told and the things they didn't do they were paid off. It's not really about the money it's about children! I'm so close going to my local DCs begging to see my son there. I have actually tried to send gifts n money n hadcpolice called onme. Also the judge signed the original exparte order..he recused himself..how did that not warrant looking into???!

I believe I was horribly taken advantage of my my private attorney , resulting in significant financial loss but more importantly significant damage and trauma to my family and children and even the placement of one of my children for adoption. I live in Michigan and will do as much legwork as I can manage but the situation resulting from this incompetent if not intentionally maleficent representation has resulted in emotional and physical health issues which have made it difficult for me to stay on top of research as I'd like to. But my question is , is it position that a lawyer whom you fetched to work on your case , and requested for your court information and particulars but after a numerous delay or period like roughly three months in moving with you without any approval to take upon your case but later decided to drop your case , in a indirect manner . Is it possible for that same lawyer to be running a case for you behind your back without you not knowing it ?

As someone going through this now My advice to guys watching this is don’t hold back on your baby momma she is hurting you and your child. LEGALLY find ways to attack her back. Again I say she is 100% hurting and damaging you and your child. It may not be physical but emotional and mental damage takes forever to heal from sometimes you can’t even heal. Tell your kid the truth when there old enough to understand but do it in a non hateful way they will understand.
My lawyer who has been fired back in 2020 told me at the beginning of my case to keep going to physical therapy even though I told her I was no longer in pain and even sent me to an MRI.
