Vince, how about a video on how important it is for the client to manage and monitor the attorney? I've noticed that most clients have a hands off approach and expect or assume that the attorney will perform correctly. However, attorneys often become distracted with other matters and miss filing deadlines, fail to give updates, etc. As a result, clients need to be proactive and keep the attorney on track.

My attorney contacted the DFEH - without my permission - asking them to contact my employer and ask for mediation! How unethical!

Mediation is generally a good idea. Lots of videos on the channel about why it is. That said, I agree you should be in the driver seat.

I hired a bait and switch lawyer. I was asured thay would fight for maximum recovery for my case, i have a life long personal injury due to a car wreck and im at no fault. Leg,foot, ankle permanant disfigureation injury. Cant work, cant walk, cant carry anything, useing crutches to stand up. Will never be normal again. The attorny is low balling me now and lieing about my options. Thay say i cant sue the insureance company for more than policy limit. I know its done all the time when expences exceed limits. I need a new attorney. Please reply in comments.

I'd like to know the average caseload an employment attorney is handling. Mine has eight open cases, and I am concerned about how this will impact my claim, which has yet to be filed after 45 days. Can you do a video on approaching this topic with an employment attorney?

I should add that she is a solo practitioner with no assistant

I share the values of Risk Management and Process Control. I'm not sure of the purpose of the many condescending and disparaging remarks. Was this an emotional reaction instead of a professional response?
This was my 1st video to watch, perhaps I shouldn't let 1st impressions carry much weight in my evaluation.

How might I look up upcoming employment trials in my local area if I wanted to get an idea how they flow? I've tried the Google to no avail! By that I mean I want to attend.

I finally found the exact video that took the words right out of my mouth. Thank you sir this is what I’ve been trying to tell people and this is what I told my so-called lawyer who later on, said that he doesn’t go to court, and he’s never been to trial and he won’t ever go to trial and I also told him thank you for forging my signature because that was. Not my signature

If you feel your attorney forged your signature, I suggest speaking with your local BAR association and potentially filing a grievance.

If the Company gave a Statement of Facts(which can be proven to be Untrue) and EEOC issues a Right to Sue, Do the Company have to Live by those Statements or is there a chance their "FACTS" changes???
