Why aren't you reading the full instructions for Spots BAM?

So from skimming the video it looks like I forgot to go over Spot’s villain dashboard and cards? Is that what you are referring to? When I originally filmed this I had to do it twice because the first time I wasn’t applying the effect from the overflow. When I did the second take I must have forgot to go back over the dashboard because in my mind I had done it already.

@@rockshiregaming oh no, I meant that, at least for the two first BAMs (I stopped watching the video after that) this is what you read out loud and seems to be the way you interpreted Spot's BAM:
"Deal 1 damage to a hero in spots location. If there are no heroes there, Deal 1 damage to 1 hero in the location with the next spot token in alphabetical order"
This is what you are doing. For example. If Spot is in "B" and there are no heroes there, you check "C" and if then, if there are no heroes there either, then you would simply move on, with none of your heroes taking damage.
This is the actual full text of the BAM on his Dashboard:
"Deal 1 damage to a hero in spots location. If there are no heroes there, Deal 1 damage to 1 hero in the location with the next spot token in alphabetical order AND WITH ANY HEROES"
That last part is very important.
So instead of stopping at C, you would continue to D, E etc until you get to a spot with at least one hero, even if it takes you all the way back around. Someone should be taking damage during those BAMs.
