Pat Mac recalls spying on the Soviets + Delta Force war stories in the Balkans & Iraq

Introducing Patrick McNamara, a former member of the U.S. Special Forces who served from 1983 to 2005, dedicating 13 years to the Delta Force. During the Cold War, he spied on the Soviet Army in East Germany. Pat and his unit would gather intel on weapons and equipment, as well as the locations of Soviet positions. He remembers vividly the moment when the Berlin Wall came down and the reunification in 1991. After the Cold War, Pat joined Delta Force and underwent training in various forms of warfare. During his deployment to the Balkans, he operated undercover to capture war criminals. Later, in Iraq, his duties primarily involved breaching and assaulting houses. He continued to carry out these tasks consistently with Delta Force until his retirement in 2005. Currently, Pat runs his own fitness and training company in North Carolina. On UA-cam and Instagram, Pat hosts a series called "Basic Dude Stuff," where he teaches people how to be self-reliant and perform everyday tasks. It's always a blast listening to him speak about his past experiences. One of my favorite Q Course stories ever is how he got a cadre pissed when he improvised and found some beer to drink during selection.

Pats awesome. Lol could you imagine someone that he went to grade school with, saw this weird dorky kid on the unicycle...coming across the stuff he's acomplished, and up to now. I remember making fun of this dude for years 😂😂 definitely not going to the reunion.
