I have Been on carnivore 2 years and 2 months.. got rid of diabetes, migraines, HBP, etc.. the highest weight ever in my life was 282 lb and now I'm 144.. hoping to lose 10 more pounds.. fasting three days a week/Omad othe days. My advice is don't cheat... I've cheated on all the other diets in my life but I have not on this one and I can continue to have success because of it.
Today in Alabama, I ate local rancher liver for breakfast and filet mignon for lunch… going in for a couple of eggs… doing well!
This wednesday will be 7 weeks carnivore! I cannot believe it!! I feel like queen of the world. 😊🎉🎉🎉
Jeff from Las Vegas and I’ve been on the carnivore today’s my 19th day and I feel great. I had about 2 pounds of meat so far today.
For my birthday I had steak .. a good one .. a birthday shouldn’t be a valid reason for eating BS . You could have rebel icecream and at least stay in the keto realm rather than go Heavy sugar . I do that for my kids ..

Hi Kerry,you so amazing thank you so much i first heard your podcast with Reena from 5Minutes body..i was moved...am from South Africa and battling with my son who is 26yrs weighing 105kgs having seizures he can have 6 to 7 cluster of seizures a day...am praying for a miracle to afford to start the carnivore...life is hard this side.God bless you
Hi - there are some great UA-cam videos by carnivores giving tips for eating carnivore on a budget.
You’d be surprised how much money you save when the only thing you have to buy is meat, fish, eggs and butter/tallow.
You don’t have to buy ALL the other things you’ve been eating!
Some people on a budget eat only burgers patties (you don’t have to buy them ready made - just buy fatty mince meat and pat it into shape, then panfry gently on both sides), eggs and butter (or tallow is even cheaper)..
Remember that a high fat diet is recommended, and that makes it cheaper too - make 70-80% of your calories from fat - the rest is protein.
So for 70% fat calories, you need 100gm fat for each 100gm protein, and for 80% fat you need 180gm fat for each 100gm protein.
Fresh meat is around 25% protein by weight, eggs are around 7gm protein each.
Protein is 4 calories per gram, fat is 9 calories per gram.
And you shouldn’t need more than 2gm protein per kg of Ideal Body Weight (IBW), daily.
So for example, if your IBW is 50kg, you need max 100gm protein (400gm meat, or 300gm meat plus 3 eggs) daily - then for high fat carnivore, you need 100-180gm fat daily.

Chuck steak and brisket are cheap. I cook them in the slow cooker as they are a tough meat. Cook until tender. Keep him off carbs and sugar as much as you can. There is a lot of history on seizures stopping when you eat no carbs. ❤❤❤

i had tri tip steak that my husband cut from a roast... he cooked in a cast iron since we were out of charcoal for the pit.. i actually enjoyed the cast iron better... that was for dinner... for lunch at work our cook made me a double cheese , double bacon burger patty with pickles. yesterday near same, except minus pickles.

I live in Calgary Alberta. My grocery store sells rib eye steaks for 32.00, about a 10 ounce . A pkg with 2 steaks in it was 69.00. I just about choked. Could hardly believe it, did not look at the weight.
Just ending a 24 hour dry fast. I'm going to have porterhouse steak and scrambled eggs in tallow 😋😋😋

Well today as a former sugar, especially ice cream addict working outside in the ridiculous heat will some guy brings over a big bowl that he had frozen and everything of some ice cream and these little tiny bowls. It was so hot. I said I’m gonna have a scoop but just in a small bowl like maybe a teaspoon or two and I had it cooled off and then I realized it wasn’t that great, so that really made me feel Victoria even though I’d be better if I never had it the idea that I could eat it and go grab the bowl and get it refilled that was OK and then I went back to my burger egg thing I brought pretty great

Been working outdoors in Georgia all day about 95 but feels like 95% humidity starting to cut down now it’s down to 92. I wish I was kidding and drive through line now to get my McDonald’s burgers before I go back to work.
You can lightly tap the lid on in between. It helps save the carbonation.

Starting week three today! Hoping the cravings start going away this week. It’s been a brutal two weeks.
Day 508 in New Hampshire
1 week in. Tested the first three days by only having light carbs as a snack once a day, Then jumped in. Feel ok not super but not in pain. I had a cricket in my neck for three months and it feels better almost gone. My normal pain on waking is better.
I fasted since yesterday about 7 pm until about 6 pm today, felt so good.
My biggest tip is stay away from diet soda and other sugar free stuff. No freedom from the sugar cravings once I have that sweet taste, and a couple times I eventually fell off the wagon. And it was really hard to get back on! So now I finally follow the advice to not put anything sweet tasting in my mouth.

Don't know why, but lamb tastes like grass to me. I recall whole milk from our cow tasted like grass to me. I just figured I was unique and weird.
In the old days we noticed when cows changed from winter hay to green, green grass.

So, today i just noticed that my face is so smooth like i put cocoa butter on my face. Mind you i do not put lotion on my body cause i knew when i was younger i would always need it. Is anyone else here having the same thing happening?.
Yes, I also noticed open pores on my face are now tight and smooth. Under the skin feels much plumper too. No skin creams ever did any of that! Barely used any products since starting carnivore 1.5 years ago.
Mine is lovely and smooth. Beef tallow is good for skin moisturizer. Dr Chaffee uses it on his skin and face. 😊

Dear Kerry , Dante is right, and he is wrong ! The unflavored soda water from Costco is perfectly fine, but the lemmon flavored WILL have synthetic "citric acid" which is highly inflammatory, it"s made from fermented mushrooms ! 😟

I really enjoy your content. I even donated to your documentary project. BUT - I have one question. Why do you have candy, popcorn, and soda in your movie theater? You own it, so you control what you sell to kids. You are ‘healing humanity’ yet - peddling poison to children. Please, please consider this comment as serious. I like everyone am badly addicted to sugar, and I listen to you talk. You tell us how poisonous it is, yet serve it at the movie theater that you own. God bless you, and I wish you the absolute best in your documentary. I won’t stop watching you either, just hoping to see you change what you sell at the theater.
Oregon here, all I had was half of big beef shank cooked in slow cooker all night and couple tablespoons of sauerkraut.
