Thankyou for the comment. Yeah Legion isn't a bad game from what I have seen and attempted. It is just to large and adversarial for me, and not what I was personally wanting. The rangers of shadowdeep reskin maybe a better fit for me personally.
Yeah, I like the Star Wars miniatures but the scale stops me from getting anything bar droids.... that's if they are the droids I'm looking for! The shock troopers are definitely a better scale but I've been picking up Stargrave miniatures lately so I'll stick with them. The 'Shock Troopers' turned out great but!
Thanks for the comment. Yeah stargrave miniatures are pretty cool. I found I wanted my star wars itch scratched. Will probably never want to paint any more. Now the itch is scratched I dont feel the need to paint more.
Good vid, brought up some good points , if you used them for another sci fi game as a stand in for example Stargrave and have them as a type of police force and so on that is fine, As you said thry aren't recasts so technically your not taking from Disney. What if you had genetic space troopers and painted them Stormtrooper colours is that bad ? I think your ok personally its your money and a company has designed something that you want, and hats off for having patience to paint the white armour 😂 youve got alot more than me!
Thanks for taking the time to comment and give another opinion. I agree with your points and more of me thinks its ok than not. Its one of those things that the more I think of it the more I find a dark labyrinth leading nowhere. Or maybe to David Bowie and his distracting trousers! lol that one lone shock trooper I have half painted may stay that way for a very long time.
For my view there's nothing wrong with this. They aren't recasts and there's no official Star Wars sculpts in 28mm so no-one is losing money unfairly. It's no different then getting a 3D printed sculpt based on unused Imperial Guard regiments like the Vostroyans or Mordians.
The way I feel about it is it’s your money and your hobby time so do what you want. I personally have been window shopping 6mm Star Wars myself
Thanks for the comment. Wow 6mm star wars would be really cool. You could have AT ST on the battlefield without taken all the room up.
@@welshminiatureboardgamer356 yeah and they usually aren’t as expensive
@@mhovar101 Very nice.
Fair point! Completely agree
Great paint job! I say dont worry bud they aren't actually SW storm troopers so its all good. At least you tried Legion

Thanks for the comment. Yeah that does seem the general opinion I am getting from my subscribers, which makes me feel alittle better about it.
