SKIN: Fitzpatrick Type 3-4, acne-prone, normal to dry; Used to be oily for ~24 years.
SKIN TONE: light-medium most of year, sometimes light in winter, medium in summer.
UNDERTONE: Neutral, subtle yellow or olive (warm olive?)

My video editor was not happy with all the clips I used 😅 Be sure to check out the corresponding blog posts! I took selfies on my phone which I find show a truer finish of these sunscreens, particularly the Defense one! In the video it looks casty whereas on my phone and in my eyes, I did not pick up a noticeable cast.
Just excellent. Detailed in the best possible way. Wish other posters would exhibit the same disciple putting the onus on the products in this way: how they look, how they appear on the face in terms of color and finish. Big Thank you!

Thank you so much for this info. I can’t use chemical sunscreens so I’m on the hunt for a good tinted spf. It’s a struggle given my oily combo skin. Too many just sit on my skin and turn into an oil slick, but it sounds like Resist might be a good one to try. My only reservation is the cost.
I have tried the PC Resist sunscreen and I adore it, especially during the hot days of summer when my skin can be oily. I love the texture and how it mattifies.
I like it…however, it is a small amount you get for the price. If you use the amount required, the tube doesn’t last very long. I find it to be very similar in texture and finish to Supergoop Matte Screen tinted, which is around the same price, whereas the one I was using previously, EltaMD tinted, is double the amount, and an SPF 41. I just like the lighter weight texture and the way makeup goes on better over the Paula’s Choice.
Hi! Can I use over one of these moisturizers a mineral sunscreen? I wanted to buy a moisturizer with mineral spf and then put a mineral sunscreen for more coverage. Thank you!!
These are technically moisturizers with SPF so imo buying another sunscreen to layer isn't necessary if you use the proper amount. If anything you may want a separate moisturizer if one of these don't moisturize your skin enough, like how I used it.

Hi Michelle, I noticed that all formulas that include Titanium, also include Aluminum. Wondering why that is, and is it safe?
INCIDecoder has a nice description of alumina if you want to learn more about it. I can't claim whether or not it's safe, but my general outlook on any ingredient is "the dose makes the poison." In the case of the Defense sunscreen, alumina is low on the INCI and PC states that it's used as a texture enhancer. End of day, it's what you're comfortable with using.
What about wearing a primer before putting that on
