- One of the nuttiest Honda Civics we've ever ridden in returns! This 650hp Turbo car lines up for some DAMN GOOD STREET RACES - Watch this K20 6262 Turbo equipped Honda Civic take on some crazy boosted street cars to see how it stacks up. In the lineup we have a An 800hp Honda Civic with a turbo larger than most V8 turbo cars we see, a 76mm Turbo fueled TransAm with around 600hp, a nearly identical setup Nissan 240SX with around 600whp, and a GSXR 750 that's just way to quick to let this group of cars hang with him!

+DerpyDonkey evos are expected to be fast ..a civic is expected to be a grocery getter or a fixed out car...when u actually have it set up for performance then it's fun

I dont see how you can take a car that with its stock motor barely makes 100 hp and turn it into a monster like that for less money then anyone would expect and still hate on it.

Michael Palmer The K makes 200 stock and The GSR motor makes 170 stock.
Actually you both are right just y'all don't have full facts, the b18c gsr makes 200hp if it's the jdm version, if it's the usdm b18c1 gsr then it'll come with 170hp.
the most common and early civics have d series motors witch come with barely 100hp, the k20 is off an rsx k24 of tsx etc, what im tryna say is cars built like this deserve credit where is due :)

The one bad thing about 4 Cylinders, You might have 500Hp, but most likely you will have 350Ft-lb torque, And good luck winning a race with that.

That first Honda owner with the K20A2 seemed really happy and proud of his car, love the fact that 1320 made a video with Honda's racing. I wish there was more of those types of Honda drivers out there. These guys rather worry about power instead of looks unlike the rest of the owners.

Despite bikes being super fast, i hear to many stories and know too many people that died from bike accidents and it just makes me such a pussy to ride one that fast.

Going fast on a bike in a straight line is freaky but not really that difficult or dangerous. The problem is when you get other cars on the road with you. People are stupid and don't pay attention at all. That's how you get killed on a bike.

Totally awesome civics, 600-800hp at 2100lbs and they hook up, incredible some tuned cars these days
some people on here are hating on civics but if you were an educated car enthusiast you would learn to respect anybodys build no matter what it is, a car is pretty much like a definition of somebody, people who build cars build them the way they want and the way their heart desires, it doesn't matter what others think of it as its your own pride and joy

That trans am is a beast. You hear the civic's whiny motor hit it first with the turbo kick in and then the trans am just makes my ears bleed. Sounded like the vacuum of space and time when the trans am hit it.

Why do I feel like the green civic ISNT 800 ponys. Just by his change in voice you can tell he up'd that baby 100 on the fly. I hate to say it because he's a fellow Colts fan but hitting 800 in a B18 doesn't happen everyday. Even with a monster turbo. But it's one badass ride for sure! No hate!

It's not longer gears or a base model trans, it's a 5 speed with 5th taken out and a cuff put in its place so the gearset won't flex the case. People need to read before hitting the comment button.

240sx has 50 less horsepower and weighs 500-600 lbs more, and with the slowest shifts in history, it was even with the 650hp civic. See kids, you can glorify that light weight all you want, it aint going to get you anywhere if you have no torque.
Don't forget the civic also has 2 100+ Pound men.

(Torque x RPM)/5252 = HP You have to take into account gearing. How's 600 hp going to feel in a car with 3.42s vs a car with 4.10s?

3Ctulu ahh yes I think it's a certain year of EF civics that came awd. Thanks for correcting me lol putting an awd drive train on a b swap shouldn't add too much weigh though. Especially if its gonna be a track car there's so much you can take off to lessen weight and raise hp even if it's only a miniscule amount. Take off the ac system, take off power steering, gut the interior, etc.
Antony Farfan or....you could just put a honda motor in an mr2 and build that for track use. it would probably be easier than trying an awd setup. don't get me wrong, I love honda, but their Achilles heel is traction because of the fact that they are fwd. the mr2s that are honda powered are so fast because they can hook! >:)

It helps to have the windows rolled up while racing. Also if you want to further reduce the weight of the car...lose the hood, the trunk, the bumpers, heck even the doors.
windows up for better aerodynamics. i think everyone knows that but then you say to loose the hood trunk bumpers AND doors? that would be so unaerodynamic that having the windows down would be a better option like you cant take everything off a car for weight reduction. you need all those things you listed because without that its basically a shell with 800hp or 600hp and it will get thrown around and be too dangerous to drive. so yeah keep the damn trunk and all that jazz on if you want a good performing car dumbass.
