Explanation on why he ALWAYS hits rev limit : with that horspower his wheels dont grip up in the gear hes in so shifting up any higher would make him lose complete control.
It's because his tires haven't completely gripped the road for him to upshot. He'll lose a lot of power when shifting up since he's basically just spinning tires.
He could actually have a medical/physical condition that makes him have difficulty breathing under hard acceleration. I do also react like this sometimes, cause of "problems" with the balance-nerve ,and its quite uncomfortable. I love speed tho, and it does not look like he is scared either.
