My art teacher always played this movie in 8th grade. The first time I saw it I was highly confused (being a 5th grader). Now, though, it is probably my favorite movie all time, not just anime movie. It is so hard to find something wrong with this movie
That's understandable. I'm always reluctant to call a film completely perfect, because in a way I think it's unfair to other films but Spirited Away is one of the ones that comes very close. I often juggle this film and Nausicaa for my top favorite Ghibli film. I watch one and keep saying to myself, "that's the one"! But then I watch the other again and I am reminded of why I pick that one instead. LOL! It's a constant battle for me.
