Thank you so much for this video. I am new to having to use forearm crutches for a chronic disability, and every video i had found was just for non weight bearing. This was very helpful!
It depends on how much weight you can put on the injured leg. If you can only put a very little weight, then the crutch should be on the injured side to provide more support. If you can put more weight, then you can keep the crutch on the healthy side.

same here, this was very helpful as most info is for non or partial weight bearing
If the left leg is injured then the crutch should be on the opposite side !!
