Any idea of what the enable speed+engine option does exactly to your phone? Like does it sped it up at the cost of having your phone overheat or something?
Also, any ideas on how to root a ZTE Blade G Lux? I've tried just about everything....

I had an upgrade to Uberoid honeycomb v11 on my Joypad 71 tablet , it worked, however, the sound whether from the speakers or headphones no longer functions and you have to press hard to scroll even though you successfully calibrated the device, please help. If i factory reset it, will it restore to the original OS before it was upgraded. Thanks

I have a droid, and the task manager isnt like the one you have and if i look for that one it says "only for s3" would that dramatically effect my phone just to clear the ram....?

What task killer do you recommend
What about turning on "RESTRICT BACKGROUND DATA" with regard to Data Usage.
Does this affect all programs running in the background, or just unnecessary bloatware?
Recently my AT&T Data Plan has been reaching depletion before the end of the billing cycle, and I'm not using the NOTE 2 any more than usual.
Will turning on "RESTRICT BACKGROUND DATA" save me from using up excess data?
interesting ;) thx. now i have a question: with the app "taskiller" i see on my sony experia z2 that i have 3 gig ram and the taskiller is sometimes reporting that i have available free less than 1 gig ram.. doesnt that 2 gig ram thats somewhere in use take up battery life ???

Go to Settings -> About then tap "Build Number" 7 times or just keep taping until it says you are now in developer more. Similar to performance options on windows.
Wow !! thank you for this tutorial .. but on my tablet, the animations in the menu and homescreen are still there after I turn all those 3 settings off

I have a samsung galaxy and for some reason, when watching videos it keeps buffering constantly! Its really annoying. Do you know why this is happening? I haven't had the phone long but this is bothering me the most. Especially if its supposed to be a 4G kinda phone....

Hy, for Xiaomi Redmi 1s users:
Developer option will be hidden for you so.:
Please follow the steps below :
On your Redmi phone, find and launch the Settings app.
Tap General settings.
Tap About phone.
Tap Android version for 7 times.
Once you reached the 7th times, you’ll see the “You are now a developer” message appears on screen.
But, to Hide it, you have to do a factory reset, (If you do it all the data and apps will be erased and phone will be just new)
Could you make one about how to fix your camera quality? And speed you could use it?

only thing about dev options is that it WILL prevent some apps from working. 3d ones especially like moderncombat etc.

umm I have a 4G premia huawei when I play videos online and on youtube it keeps buffering.I have tried clearing cache. and removing apps I have a lot of space. my phone still buffers videos help !!!!!
I keep getting the unable to complete due to low memory when I try to attach a picture in twitter. My Andriod Z981 is up to date. Has half the memory available. Don't keep activities in the Apps section of Developer option is not checked. Logger buffer sizes are set 256K.
Also, get---- Unfortunately Android System has stopped. Any thoughts?
If you have an LG Stylo the developer options are unavailable. Navigate to Settings > About phone > Software info then tap Build number 7 times. From a Home screen, navigate: Settings > Developer options

I tap it many times it popped out but it only 3 selections , (debugging , stay awake , allow mock location) how i am supposed to speed up my phone ?

Prior to 4.4.2, I did these changes. In 4.4.2 they removed this option also not able to write directly to SDcard. Samsung Tab 3 7.0 Tablet. Also I am not able to root to this device.
