Hello. Thank you for this great video. It's definitely very useful. Could you please answer a question. When your video is on and I go to a different app, UA-cam minimized the video and carry on playing, whereas for other video it the app itself dissappear as normal. Do you know why?

Yeah i remember the Samsung girl that used to b at best buy telling me about easy mode as we were discussing the misconception of iphones being easier to use which is bs even without using easy mode but it does help if the person struggles with tech overall. I find galaxies way more user friendly than iphones. Sorry apple. Not debating what they do well but frustration free isn't something I associate with apple. 😂

Just did this now my battery dies faster while my phone is in my pocket. In 20 minutes I went from 95 percent to 90 where as I used to be at 95 to 93 percent in 1 hr. I bought my 24 ultra 2 weeks ago.
That's weird. I also got it weeks ago and I think the battery was good at first but now it kinda drains fast. Sometimes it doesn't but when I'm on Instagram or something I feel like it goes down pretty fast. Idk how to fix this I want the battery to be better :(

Anyone else having issues with edge lighting being really dim when the screen is turned off? It's almost unreadable. Is this a known issue and if so is there fix? I've already messed with all the advanced settings and it just isn't anywhere near as bright as the s20u.

Nope one is the default. Changing them to 0.5 will make it faster

Update: Still not showing up at the bottom of the list below about phone, but was able to find it doing a search.
Developer mode is under Setting (the main Setting, not About Phone)
If your light sensor is already working for your AOD why not use it for brightness, you said you have it off and just set your brightness to 70% but if the sensor is already working for your AOD does it not already drain battery?
The difference is only having the sensor on in my pocket, vs always on all the time.

I usually don't do adaptive brightness but so far it's done well on s24 ultra for me but if its a battery drainer, I might try it off. Do we think it's better off battery wise?
Is unlocking developer mode risky in any scenerio like voiding warranty?
No not at all it, all tho I wouldn't mess with anything except for animation speed and GPU overlay

Depends. The screen will be smaller than you're used to, but the S24 Ultra will be better in just about everything else...
@okeyezeilo6187 I'm actually glad I made the change. No regrets whatsoever. Camera is much better. Display/speakers are much better. The overall feel is soooo much better. Just a much better faster phone overall.
Hi,I cant get a separate alert tone for diff apps. ,voicemail,email and text. I turned on all the switches but i dint get th in app screen withbthe diff tones.anyonen have any ideas.
It's a bit involved. I googled how to change notifications to separate sounds & got a great video breaking it down. Definitely do that. Sorry I don't have a link but I found it 1st try when initially looking & it was very helpful. Good luck & it's absolutely doable.😊

Guys i juat bought my s24 ultra but idk why the battru drains very quick . Innsetting it shows it will last 22 hrs but i am only using google map and sone other apps a bit and in6 to 7 hours it becomes under 10 . Even in night before going to sleep i just left the wifi on and the battry goes 5 percent down

Same here. I upgraded from a Note 10+ after 5+ years, and my battery life was better on that phone as opposed to my new S24 Ultra.
