- Press play on this full-body, power hour workout to engage every muscle without repetition or impact.
I used a set of 3kg/ 6.5Lbs, 5kg/11lbs, 7.5kg/16.5Lbs + 10kg/22Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
There are 3 no-repeat circuits to complete. 40 secs work/20 secs rest. Plus Abs Circuit

Thank you for this great workout! One suggestion, if I may? Is it possible to post the size of weight you are using during the rest period where you are showing the next exercise... instead of when the actual exercise begins? That would give us time to pick up the correct/suggested weights for the upcoming exercise during the break and be ready when the exercise actually begins, instead of needing to pick them up and rewind to begin the 40 seconds again.

Penny, I was mislead, I thought my 4th day of working out, when you said low impact would be easy, but this was challenging, I had to take some breaks, that is the good thing about working out from home, you can pause. I enjoyed the challenge, will keep this in rotation, but not on my 4th day, will do it again in ,2nd day of work out. But enjoyed the challenge.

Loved this workout!! no repeat and no jumping are my favorite. I am working out in a gym so I can't set all the weights aside so it would be very helpful to see the weights you are using during the break before the exercise instead of as it starts so I can go grab them each time. I also love not having a huge variety of weights for that reason too. sometimes the ones I need aren't available, but if I had just one set for each circuit, that would be helpful too. Thanks so much - I share your workouts with all my friends!
