  • Get maximum results in minimum time with this dynamic workout that uses just a set of dumbbells to engage your entire body.
    🏋🏻‍♀️Equipment: I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
    Complete the no repeats are always circuit of movements 40 secs work/10 secs rest

    🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️❤😅🔥🔥 wow, that was great and intense, Penny 🤩 making the most out of 30 min and I loved it 🤩 red and sweaty lobster 🦞 here now, feeling great 🥳 A good mix of strength and cardio and I was so happy for the fire hydrants at the end… could calm my pulse down and work on my tight hip muscles 💪🏻

    Fab workout, I’m SWEATING! 🥵 there were a couple of exercises that I wasn’t sure I was executing properly, would you be able to turn slightly sideways more often so we can see what we’re meant to be doing withour butts, back etc. The ones I struggled with were the bicep curls- (were you not going all the way to the top?) and the suitcase deadlifts- (were your legs straight or bent?)
    I’m new to this so just a different angle would have been awesome, thank you, Penny! ❤
