this was imo Midori's longest solo, 6.26 minutes long and even than they almost had to pull the plug on her guitar, she just wasn't gonna stop, so good to see, the bites are the best 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
LOVEBITES - Under The Red Sky lyrics: Rupture of the Heavens Blinding rays piercing through on a killing spree Looming in the distance, come the thundering roars of calamity Eerie bitter silence, from the whirling black smoke and insanity Time has stopped and frozen Held my breath with the death of humanity If somewhere God really exists How would He take our shame and great disgrace? Sin in the sky It was that moment when I saw you smile A suffering I will never forget At the edge of this grey world Holding you tight Searching for a glimpse of hope that we can still believe in SOLO: midori / miyako Pounded by the black rain, while the world is engulfed in a bloody sea Stolen in a moment; everything, everyone lost to history If somewhere God really exists How would He take our shame and great disgrace? Sin in the sky It was that moment when I saw you smile A suffering I will never forget But again I will find you And take your hand Cause I know, together we are stronger than this nightmare Sin in the sky It was that moment when I saw you smile A suffering I will never forget At the edge of this grey world Holding you tight Searching for a glimpse of hope that we can still believe in Sin in the sky It was that moment when I saw you smile A suffering I will never forget But again I will find you And take your hand Cause I know, together we will find a way to overcome SOLO: both / midori ----- lyrics: asami music: Mao arrangement: LOVEBITES (miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami) album: Battle Against Damnation EP 06/06/2018
Another classic masterpiece of musicianship and vocals by the band who can do it all, studio or live, it doesn't matter, #LOVEBITES will inevitably blow your mind with their technical abilities vocals, and production skills. Awesome reaction once again to an awesome band 🔥🤘🎤🎹🥁🎸🐺
Another epic song from the ladies ! This was the last song on the set for this concert. BTW, Lovebites will be performing on Thursday, 4 July, at Roskilde Festival in Denmark
Lovebites being relentless. It does not matter how many times I watch various reactions to Lovebites songs, I find myself smiling at the wonder of their skill and happiness they have when playing, to being overwhelmed by the quality of the song, it's arrangement and presentation by the ladies on stage. I actually well up with tears of joy.
Thanks for more LOVEBITES! Midori's melodic-shredding interspersed with Miyako's slow-emotion, Midori's 'slide' work is quite unique & appropriate for a harsh subject, 2 devastating events in human history. This song is about finding hope and community in the face of the catastrophe of atomic bombings. The Japanese people are the only peoples who understand this calamity through experience. They are not malicious, as can be read in lyrics, seen & heard in performance. Unity & compassion. A maximum-emotion positive finále to an amazing two-hours of unsurpassed Metal by empathic performers. "Paranoia > Dystopia Symphony" from 2021's 'Glory, Glory to the World' album with no MV or LIVE. Here together with [cc] lyrics: ua-cam.com/video/yu0NwiC18y0/v-deo.html and 'mood' visuals, (12minutes) has "little Big Engine" Haruna's drums emphasized in celebration of her birthday (December 30). Here is their other song on the 'atomic bombing' subject, "The Apocalypse" (with follow-up) "Trio of Miho" LIVE 2021 [cc] lyrics: ua-cam.com/video/ttBL0Q744xA/v-deo.html I am convinced that more-than-one-song-at-a-time is necessary to grasp LOVEBITES more fully(!) 🐺 dreg👁
Hey Petri, Lovebites just announced today they will be playing at the Roskilde festival in Denmark! Maybe its close to you in Finland! 🤘😀 Love this song, its such a masterpiece!! 🔥
I'm a bit confused as to why they would play that festival. It's obviously not a Metal festival and I think they would be totally out place there. After looking at the band and artist lineup, it looks like no place for a metal band. Weird
Another amazing Lovebites performance, just can't get enough of the Goddesses from Japan. Another great choice my friend. Regards Wolfpack UK 🐺🤘🎸🥁🎤🎹🎶🔥🤯🤘
Thanks for coming back with this song. They have ended a lot of their shows with this one. It is one of three songs they do about the last days of WWII. This one is about finding humanity in the aftermath of the atomic bombings--a very fraught topic, for sure.
I am a metal main (LOVEBITES, NEMOPHILA, HANA-CHILLA), but I heard this song for the first time today! LOVEBITES has a lot of depth, so every song is a good song that I will never forget? (And of course this song. 私はメタルメイン(LOVEBITES、NEMOPHILA、花冷え)ですが、この曲は今日初めて聴きました! LOVEBITESは奥行きが深いので、どの曲も忘れられない良い曲ですね?(もちろんこの曲も
Great reaction! You have done a bunch of Lovebites Live Videos so far so why not do the Music videos of "When Destinies Align" and "Rising", even though the live from 2020 is great as well, and then quickly come back with "Addicted" live from 2020. Keep on reacting!
This song is about the Nuclear bombs on Japan. With "Apocalypse" (always about nuclear bomb) and "Above the black sea" (Kamikaze story) belong to a trilogy on the II WW! There is also one IV song: Frozen serenade (Nuclear Winter).Thank You.
Attempting to comprehend and convey the impacts & reactions to being atomic bombed. btw, Midori said it was their producer, Steve Jacobs' idea to use the 'slide' in this & "The Apocalypse" on the same subject. Also disclosed by David Mallo, artist for "Judgement Day" cover-art, it was Steve Jacobs again suggesting putting the scales-of-justice in the wolf's mouth. LOVEBITES is a 'team' ... "Under The Red Sky" music by Mao & lyrics by Asami, arranged by LOVEBITES. @TheCyberMantis, thanks for all your support! 🐺 dreg👁
@@dregeye Nice breakdown there. But I will bet even more people were involved in the process. Yes, Lovebites is a team of very talented people. We don't really know how big that team is.
Don't get me wrong - I love this song, but there's a couple things I don't get, and I admit I haven't seen this whole show. I guess I'll have to put it on my wish list. First, it's the last song of the show and they have their jackets on. They put them on for this song? Second, it amazes me that they produce a song about death, destruction, and the incineration of parts of their homeland and make it sound so upbeat and hopeful, particularly with the chorus.
Simply Lovebite'ish. Demanding performance of excellence. Somehow _reminds_ me of Iron Maiden. (I know, that Iron Maiden belong to the biggest influences of Lovebites, apart from Helloween.) I have to give honour to *Miho* , as she is one of the greatest personalities in Metal these days, IMHO. *She* had the vision for Lovebites, *she* founded Lovebites together with Haruna (drums), *she* paved the way for their rise to international recognition and for their present success. *Thank you, Miho, for Lovebites.* お辞 / respectful bow 🐺💮
Metal Queens 🤩🐺🤘🤘🤘🐺😎 Thanks and cheers from Poland 🍻😁🤗
Kiitos 😊🤘🏻
Everything about this performance is epic, Midori was 🔥🔥. This is another gem in their discography that doesn't get enough attention. 🤘💥

If You are looking for new awesomeness. The Japanese band Unlucky Morpheus! Start with Black Pentagram.
maybe you can try their track 'winds of transylvania' or 'the crusade', sir...
This song is about the A-bombings, Hiroshima, Nagasaki!🐺 I absolutely love this song, great song writing and performance ❤️🔥🤘🐺🤘
