Hi, great review. I’ve seen some ford ranger vids with the roof tent on the rear canopy of the truck, would this be an option for you, depending on canopy weight limits etc?
Hey there, I've watched 2 of your tentbox cargo video and appreciate the information. Are you able to store bedding in the roof tent? I've seen on the website you can, but I've seen a video and a review saying you can't.... Got some really heavy duty winter sleeping bags which would rather have in the tent than clogging up the truck.
Have you got a cargo as well? If so welcome to the club. Don’t forget to join the cargo owners group on Facebook. I they down or synthetic? I’ve got my bedding in mine. It did struggle to close with two huge pillows but it closes with my down quilt in there. I also keep a light and my pee bottle in there so there is space. Just remember if there stored in there for a while to open it every now and then just to air it. Those moisture removers are handy to keep inside as well. If your about to purchase a cargo there’s loads of info online of setups etc and don’t forget my discount code for a £50 off! Keep an eye out for a video coming soon about adding a diesel heater to the setup.
@@Vildmark cheers for the info. Just considering options at the moment. Got ex military down sleeping bags, they're unbelievably warm, but they're big when packed up. The reasoning for a roof tent is to create more room downstairs in the truck and therefore can store bedding upstairs during a trip. Will check out the codes. Thank you again.
