You need to make this more clear. Just spent half an hour looking for the straps, stressed out. Be good to explicitly say that 2.0 XL is same as the 2.0 as left constantly wondering when setting up my XL.
@@nick_maloneI just received mine last week and I have the same question. Do we use the orange elastic "guy ropes" to secure the cover once it's zipped closed and ready to head down the road? That's the only thing I could picture using that would be long enough to wrap around the travel cover that came in our kit.
@@snowsolo I don't think those ropes are suitable for that, I just ended up using nothing as it was secured no problem. Terrible video to be honest it wasn't relavent to my new XL at all, had to figure most of it out for myself
Really disappointing that the XL and specifically the newer model doesn't have its own instruction manual and instead just points to this video which half of doesn't apply to my model at all. Different procedures for installing, different amounts of poles etc, no straps on my model which was confusing and your pinned comment didn't make any sense. For £2000 I really would expect an instruction manual in the box instead of a link to an old UA-cam video, and what if I had no phone signal?

Looking to get one this year, i had 2 vans but due to fires iv given up on that! But this will be awesome for my channel as i want to travel up in scotland to visit my mates from the channel kinging-it and in around Europe ⚡️
I came across this company through tiktok, inspired me alot. I never wanted to go camping, but this makes it so easy to travel by car. Only question, do you guys also ship internationally? (to the Netherlands.) I get redirected to a german website but it looks like a way older version of the current one. Let me know!
We don't right now, we ship to the UK, USA and we have a dealer in Germany which you have mentioned, it would be worth connecting with them to see what stock they have coming in.
I'm worried about the weight for installation we are both under 5ft women and wouldn't want to leave it on in winter when we're unlikely to use it!! Last time I checked it was quite heavy, is this new one lighter?
dora’s anyone can suggest how to fold the cover after deploying the tent? i found to laces but it’s impossible to use them because they are under the cover it self and there are no hole to go through, thanks
Not right now, we have a dealer in Germany otherwise you can purchase and arrange a third-party delivery, bt we cannot assist with the delivery to Sweden right now. :)
That's fair enough, we have designed our TentBox models to be quite the opposite, and feedback shows it's really not a faff. If you ever get the chance, I'd recommend trying one out. You may even change your mind 😄

I’ve received my lite xl today and you don’t get the wrap over cover straps as they are not needed on the newer models now 👌🏻👍🏻

Open the whole ladder and let it lock then open the tent. Once it’s cantilevered out adjust the ladder. Don’t let it deglove you.

what is the ideal distance of the roof bars to each other for the xl lite?
I’ve got th life xl can anyone explain to me how to roll away the travel cover and Velcro it up as it’s not got the same straps as this has ?? Cheers

You can wrap them around the cross bars so they don't 'flap' in the wind 😊
Can it be folded up with bedding inside?
For the Lite, we say no as you need to fold it flat to fit the cover on comfortably.

We don't recommend going over the UK national speed limit, 70mph.
