Great idea Michael. I was thinking about something similar but your idea is much better. Well done my friend!
Thanks my friend!
I'm used to larger, corded routers ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfQ5_mgwq6PcudJvAH25t-I4D-3cTPz4z so this was a different experience for me. Basically, this is an incredibly sweet machine, fits well in the hand, etc. It has slightly less power than I'm used to, but that's understandable. Maneuvering freehand takes some practice. These days, it's especially nice to be able to avoid power cords. This is above the level of a hobbyist but below a pro level.
you use tools in ways I have never before imagined, I will never manually saw a bolt again, AWESOME, this is rad !!!
Однозначно -Лайк!
Genius in its simplicity. Thank You for sharing.
Easy and useful, the best ideas are the simple ones.
Bonjour, très,très bonne idée et excellente vidéo👍👍👏. Norbert (France)
Neat idea, mate, and simple enough to make. 👍🏽
Cheers. 👌🏽
Very nice idea!!!
Wow, that is sooo interesting, simple, useful and elegant. I love the drill trick of cutting off the screw and sharpening the trammel point! The only thing is that you should have chamfered the holes in the nut before threading and maybe a little lock-tite on the trammel point threads. :)
Thanks for sharing that
l'un des meilleurs systèmes, sans conteste. Bravo !
Genial! Nota 10
Capo. La mejor. Te felicito.
Tuyệt vời! Bạn là thợ chuyên môn

Great project! Thanks for taking the time to make and film it. Subscribed.
Brilliant 🤩
Friend, great video but there is clearly a whole in the middle of the circle
Thought I spotted a Bunnings shopper with that router and centre punch
Simples, fácil de confeccionar, ocupa pouco espaço, pode ser aumentado utilizando-se mais barras rosqueadas, porcas de junção das barras rosqueadas, até o raio que você necessitar, além do pouco tempo necessário para construção. Nota 10.
Simple, easy to make, takes up little space, can be increased by using more threaded bars, threaded bar junction nuts, up to the radius you need, in addition to the little time needed for construction. Grade 10.

Hola, muy bueno el proyecto, felicitaciones, por cierto, que fresa usas para ese corte, gracias,un saludo.
Very good
Cool🤗
Nice
good-
Ingenious!..can I buy that from you?
Pour un réglage fin, il faut décentrer la pointé sèche et là faire tourné sur elle même, cela permet de régler le rayon a 1/10 de mm
I don't know buddy, it might not be a through hole, but that's still a hole :)
Can always double stick a buffer piece or centre punched piece on top to get around that
Is okay for small diameter if big ones, that threaded rod bends ( has some elasticity...) and errors will appear... Also that screw tightening on threaded bar will damage in time the tread ... Solution is that threaded bar to have am flat surface on al length in which tightening screw to 'bite'...
So let me see if I understand this correctly. In order to make a circle cutting jig for my router I first need to buy a drill press, a bench grinder, all thread, nuts and bolts? Wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy a circle cutting jig for $50?
What thread sizes are the All Thread and the screw that you tapped?
Why didn’t you chamfer both ends of the hole prior to cutting threads?
No hole required... Immediately drills hole in metal fitting. Haha
(And yes, I know he meant wood. Pity I have to explain myself least I feel the wrath of the "You're wrong" trolls)
"No hole required"? That sure looks like a hole to me.
I thought it said '' no hole required'' ????
And there IS a hole in the middle.
50 Thumbs up!
What’s with the loud unnecessary music?
His music has started making my head hurt, ok it gives me a headache, causing physical pain, maybe it works if they legalize weed in my state
You're showing the job too big.
Ajig saw would be better
Nice
