Nice, but considering the cost of the plexiglas and hardware, you can buy a decent circle jig.
I guess I try not to spend too much time building stuff like this, instead of actually finishing a project.

Great- except the router is fixed. In a good design, the router stays in the same orientation; the power and dust extraction does not get twisted.
