@@MJoy4Fun the trick is to make sure that the movie is in a comprehendible watching format while maintaining the reaction itself which can be tricky with UA-cam's copyright system you guys have found a good synergetic way to do just that
Lois Einhorn was a woman hiker who disappeared and Ray Finkle was unemployed after losing the Superbowl, so he stole her identity, lived as a woman, and rose through the ranks of local law enforcement, plotting his revenge.

Dan Marino was the QB for the Dolphins during the 80s and 90s. He was playing himself in this movie. The laces make it easier to throw the ball. But kickers always want the laces out or away from where their foot contacts the ball.

@@nsasupporter7557 I honestly think something went wrong with the marketing on the sequel. I've met very few people who prefer 1 over 2, but the second was a massive failure in the box office. It's crazy, because it's SO damn funny!!

Ray Finkle's mom (Alice Drummond) was the old librarian who gets scared in the beginning of Ghostbusters, and the mental hospital Doctor (David Margulies) was the Mayor.

Kickers like the laces out because it makes it easier to control the kick. The back of the ball is smooth, whereas the laces could change the trajectory of the ball depending on how your foot hits them.

The one who played Lois Einhorn was Sean Young so she even had a man's name. She was perfect because she is a little crazy herself in real life. She was supposed to play Vicki Vale in Batman but broke her arm. Then she tried to be Catwoman in Batman Returns. She was a little too eager and hyper. She thought she had the part and when she was interviewed she was dressed as Catwoman. Michael Keaton said that is probably why she didn't get the part. I guess she never forgave Tim Burton for giving the role to Michelle Pfeiffer. She followed him around for awhile like she was stocking him. This came out in 1994. So that was 2 years after Batman Returns. Although I understand why she was mad. She had the role in the first one. She thought she would be Catwoman to make up, But she also wanted Catwoman to be funny. And Catwoman was not to be funny.

Lois Einhorn was the name Finkle used to become a different person. Finkle escaped and saved that article of the missing hiker so he could steal that name. Lois Einhorn was a real person who went missing

I no expert. But I believe the laces on the football harken back to the old days. When the ball was wrapped in leather, rubber underneath, and they stitched the leather cover up with laces. Now, it is just for appearance / tradition / better grip. Modern manufacturing can cover the ball in leather and still maintain the rubber inside, without any sewing or laces.
The mean guy who he steals the dog from is Tex Cobb . He was a professional heavyweight fighter in the 70's early 80's .

Yes, this movie was my life for so many years. My parents took me to see it when it first came out in 1994 when I was 7, he became I idol ever since
Historically, the laces were actual laces that held the ball together, but the so-called laces on the ones I had in school were just made out of some sort of molded material (like plastic). I don't know if professional balls still have actual laces or if they're imitation ones too.
The song playing when he figures out that Einhorn is Finkle is from a movie called the crying game, a cop falls in love with a woman only to find out she is transgender.
