We believe that any time is a great time for a green smoothie.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snack, post workout fuel, late night munchies, etc- you name it! Our bodies have some vicious cravings (and also need) vitamins and minerals all day long. Leafy greens and fresh fruit in a blended smoothie always makes for a great option.

A couple of suggestions: use a frozen banana (helps to thicken up the smoothie) also instead of using protein powder, use a large avocado. Always better to use whole food than powder.
You should put your OWN suggestions in your OWN video!!! Everyone does their smoothies different 😁

cool, didn't know that about almond butter. I can't use any protein mix that has whey or casein. Most do. good to know I don't have to use greek yogurt all the time

Hi. Can I use cauliflower for the protein instead of the powder flour? Also, I'm alergic to nuts (regarding the almond butter), what else can I use, or should I leave it out completely? Thanks.
Fiona Gallego well, you can add the oatmeal as suggested in the video. And yes, if you are allergic to nuts, you should leave out the almond butter. I guess you could try cauliflower and see what happens.
What can I add in lieu of simple greens powder? I don’t have that?

Thank goodness you didn’t add any sweetener to the protein powder - there is nothing worse than that stevia aftertaste. Why anybody says it is good, I don’t know. I tried to like it, I really did. Now I can detect if a food has even a trace of it in it. Maybe it is how it is processed...

This sounds like my smoothies except I'll leave out the cacao powder.
ohh that IS a vitamix. Mine says to put the liquid in the bottom first, not anything solid.
Does the protein powder give the smoothie a chalky taste? That has been my issue with most protein powders
Heyo! Usually I add more almond milk in order to get rid of the chalky taste and make it thinner :)
10 grams of Protein isn't much, from that powder. ☹️
It looks like mud... reminds me of what my mom does when she says she wants to 'lose weight'; she goes through a phase of having like one healthy smoothie and then can't commit, so she eats fast food and gets sad again. This video reminds me of exactly what she does. Why is it always middle-aged white women lol
