Install a new Nibbi 26mm carburetor, 115 main, 35 pilot jet worked best on my tuning, Nibbi pod air filter (have to remove air box) found some weird stuff in the air box. Also installed a larger intake boot, thought it had more angle. Had to cut the idle screw to fit because it is so close to the frame but everything performance wide worked excellent! Matt stops by to tell me about his road rage incident.
Did the 15t to 16t front sprocket change, dropped the RPM's about 500 so 55mph is not red line now, faster 0-50 and faster top speed! Lost something off the bike and tightened the mirrors. I am back in Florida, see elvis?

I don't know why people get worked up when driving, I drive for a living and you definitely see some things
Good idea! I love combos! Especially the pizza flavor and the cheddar pretzel flavor.
I like how they use a vertical thumper in this thing like the Lifan KPMini and Binelli TNT135.
This guy knows his stuff and pretty smart guy. I like to drop my bike off and pay this guy to lay it out. But, great job brother!!
Thanks!
Love the videos definitely need to go riding before it gets more cold out
This reminds me of the time when I was 12 years old and I discovered that a Kawasaki motorcycle carburetor had the same bolt pattern as the carb on my 5 HP mini bike. My older brother clocked me at 55 MPH on the long gravel driveway to my grandmother's house. That's fast on a minibike with 10" diameter tires. Engine go REEEEE! It idled at 35 MPH so for sane speeds on a minibike I toggled the ignition cutoff switch mounted in front of the seat as a pulse width modulated digital speed control. :-o
Dayuuuum!
@@MotoCheez - Intelligence generally confers an evolutionary benefit but that's not true for 12 year olds who are too clever for their own good. I didn't know not to do dangerous stuff like that at 12. At 62, I know better, so that's no longer an excuse when I do stupid dangerous stuff. I always try to do dangerous (fun) things as safely as possible.
Ditto. Same since I've been a kid 😁
Those pieces in the air box were balancing beads lol.
😁🤣👍
The soon to be Super Condor 💪
Dude love your vids! Have been watching for years!!! I have been thinking about your and your Fl home… hope all is well with everything!!!
Thanks! Yeah all good down there, didn't hit us we were far enough north. Just rain and some wind
I like the snap your fingers trick. Lol.. I always liked that when TdubsKid did that when he sets up moto camp😂.. Oh, shout out unintentional.. He's cool . 😁
Gizmo is not only handsome ,but smart. He knows not to drink gasoline. 2nd gear wheelie is impressive!
Yeah. Can't wait to do a top speed
I bet they are pieces of charcoal from the evap canister that worked into the air cleaner
There isn't one on here. Just crank vent hose
It's possible, I have no clue of their mold process.
People are crazy in California too, when it comes to driving... I drive the speed limit, and almost get rear ended a lot... I get pissed when they tailgate me
I wish I have that magic snap
How did you get so comfortable, confident, knowledgeable whith carbonation?
Been messing with dirtbikes and small engines since I was a kid. I didn't have any money but wanted a motorcycle. Bought crap and fixed it up.
The moto condor sounds much, much nicer than the bird version. It's even better with the new air filter.
P.S. did Gizmo catch that deer? :D
He didn't catch the deer this time...😁
One thing I don't get about these carbs I bought a D- slide nibbi 26mm and it came with 32 pilot and a 112 main.I think they just slap in what ever they have left and I'm 1500ft above sea level
Ha. Yeah. Sounds like you're set with that? Runs good?
@@MotoCheez will find out after I hook up the A/F gauge
Heya Cheez, another awesome Condor video, wish you were in Texas, would definitely pay handsomely for you to upgrade mine!
Did you do anything with those 2 rubber hoses that were connected to the old airbox? Was hoping you'd show it, mine are just free hanging now that I replaced the stock carb.
I put the links in description 🙂
Where’s the link too that intake. a lot of people have done the 250 swap can’t wait for your detailed install
It's in the description
Awesome!
Keep the Condor content coming Cheez. That's a cool little bike with huge potential. You mentioned going to your place in FL. Saw some of J.H. Diesel's content from down there and it was heartbreaking to watch. Was y'all's place affected?
Thanks. No we didn't get anything from Ian. Just rain and wind. Not even bad
so what where the final jets in the nibbi carb?
115 main 35 pilot
I thought for some bikes you can get a piston jug and head to convert your bike to a bigger size?
You definitely can but if you go too big you have to machine the case for the jug to fit down in it
@@MotoCheez I have a 1980 KZ550 I could never get it to hold air in the tires? Any suggestion's,....it's the only bike that I had that problem with?
Either stem is leaking or around rim if there is not puncture in tire. I assume that's tubeless
Sure would be nice if it was EFI like hawk
EFI conversion would cost a lot more
@@MotoCheez hella more, but it would be super cool when you drop that big block Chevy in there
🔥🔥🔥
B on your A game out there 💪☘
😁👍👍🧀
Probably charcoal from what ever filter they used.
Hmm. Was black foam type. Maybe was on filter?
We need to talk about your TPS Report.... Can we get an updated TPS report with the Condor included?
😂🤣 I definitely have to update the TPS reports
Did you use the factory throttle cable or after market if so what length ?
Factory cables
So what main jet did you go for with the 150cc engine bud?
I hope I put it in the video or description, I don't remember. I think a 105
Are you still planning on throwing the Hawk 250 engine in this? My condor is in the mail and I plan on following in your footsteps 😂
Yes! I'm currently in FL another month or so.
@@MotoCheez whereabouts? I’m over by tampa
Crystal River. North of you
@@MotoCheez awesome, that’s a pretty nice area, too urban around here. There’s some FB pages about these bikes, chatting with someone who did a 250 swap, but yours will probably be my guide
@@MotoCheez what part of Florida? I reside in Orlando
While you're doing mods, you should get some longer legs for Gizmo. Dat fat cat don't look exactly right.
🤣😂😁
When you remove the factory air box and put on a pod filter what do you do with the tube going to factory air box from crankcase?
Run the tube is high as you can and put one of those little air filters on it I believe I put the link in the description
I'm thinking of buying a condor 150 and use it for food delivery. I want to keep it reliable and still have fun upgrading. What do you think would be the very first bolt on upgrade for the job im doing. Definitely i was thinking the sproket first and then down the road an upgrade carb. I live in central Florida and with the needle jets upgrade would that work.
What you mentioned are the best upgrades, besides an engine swap.
My jetting in these videos will work for you, I have a place in Crystal River, FL too
Where did you pick up that 26mm 45 from. Now if you would of went a little further on the 45 you could avoid cutting the idle screw casing. Also what mm is the intake for filter boot? Thanks
What's ur link also to your site?
MotoCheez.com
So I just got this bike. My first ever. I'm installing this Nibbi carb and air filter and I'm curious where the hoses go that WERE on the air box? I'm totally uneducated in this
The only hose that I did not reconnect was the one that goes to the pollution box on the exhaust, all the other hoses are pretty much atmospheric air or drains. The crank vent on a engine still runs up into the air box so it will collect oil or if you remove it you should run the hose up at least 6 in and put a small filter on it
@MotoCheez Preciate the information. I followed your video step by step and still managed to not do something right. Couldn't get it to turn over, replaced it with the old carburetor and couldn't even get that one to turn over. Now I gotta pay someone to fix it because I'm stupid hahah
Turns over but won't start? You should turn the gas on and there's enough gas in the tank? Reserve is about a gallon of gas it only takes spark compression and fuel so it's got to be one of those things
@MotoCheez I will say, I'm a journeyman plumber and DEFINITELY not a mechanic so my information and knowledge is limited at best here, but I switch a lever which I'm pretty sure was the gas, turned it off, did the carb swap hooked the air box in to the NEW Nibbi carb (which I know you put the air filter on in place of the air box) then turned the gas lever back on and got nothing
@MotoCheez definitely has fuel, spark SHOULD be good (it was working fine a day ago) so compression is where I'm worried I have an issue. The Chinese garbage air box that was on there came apart when I pulled it out (the rubber disconnected from the plastic) so I have a good feeling that's where my issue is. But I can't guarantee that until I get the 48mm filter you put on your website. Which will be on Monday. If I don't get life out of it after that, then I have a problem
Motocheese I got my bike working but the idle won’t go down how do I turn it down
The idle screw on the side of carb
@@MotoCheez I tried that I tightened and loosened it but it continued to idle around 5k rpms, it just won’t move from there
@matthewmojica5745 the cable may be holding it. You have slack at your throttle?
What's that tune right at the beginning? My dad had it on tape in the car when we were kids, we called it "Mongolian snot music" because on the case it looked like they played the pipes with their noses 😄
Flight of the Condor!
El Cóndor Pasa
Moto cheese please help I just replace my carburetor on the condor and the bike doesn’t start now, I put it together correctly to the best of my knowledge I don’t know what’s wrong
Getting fuel? Filling the bowl?
@@MotoCheez yes it’s getting fuel, it has spark and air, the bike sounds like it wants to start but it can’t
@matthewmojica5745 even with choke? Plug wet like it's flooded?
Just so I understand, changing sprocket from 15 to 16 gave you less acceleration and top speed per your performance in the description?
Yes, typically you'd go faster, didn't have enough power to do that with higher geating
@@MotoCheezI bought a 28mm PWK off amazon. Will this carb fit directly on or is it too big?
It should work. I always try to go a little oversized from stock. I'm not sure which side the idle controls on but that's the only problem you probably run into
@@MotoCheez i was told it was on the left side if you’re sitting on the bike. My biggest concern was finding the correct sized flange adapter but it looks like the bolt pattern is the same across the similar sized flanges 50mm across. You’re channel is a life saver for sure.
@misterholttv it'll squeeze into the stock intake, but you're going to have to put an air filter on the back of it too amzn.to/3P5JY7r
I am always cheesy my friend. Is attitude going to change anything?
Does the old carburetor screw work with the new carburetor?
Which screw?
@@MotoCheez the idle screw that you had an issue with
Oh, no. Both too long
Oh okay I’ll have to figure something out
It may fit carb, but wouldn't work for my application
Hey there Moto, got a question for you about that Condor. Is it a From or Z125 clone? I'm curios if its possible to turn it into a touring mini. I wonder if its possible to instal: rear rack, crash guards or a engine plate on it. What are your thoughts? Keep the vids coming enjoy you posting your experiences- be well, ride safe.
It's a Grom clone. The Rear rack I'm not sure about, I'd imagine you could, I have an older version Grom rack I tried installing, it's different
@@MotoCheez Thanks for the info, with these "China Bikes" it's really hit or miss with a lot of add-ons, sure you can pretty much swap out engine pieces, but actual correctly positioned mounting points... That's a whole nother can-o-worms.
Really would like to pull the trigger on either the Lifan KPMini or that Condor (insert bird cry sound effect) with the 150cc instead of the multiple 125cc clones running around.
I do appreciate all of your videos and the knowledge that you share with each. All the best to you and yours from Phoenix!
CG ant CB engine have same mounts and 99% of the china bikes sold. Horizontal Z motors are different.
@@MotoCheez See, that's what happens when you spend so much time wrenching on these bikes - you know so dang much about them! I didn't even take in account of the actual types of engines that are installed for each. Of course you're going to have different mounts for - that makes total sense.
Thank again Cheeze! Keep it rated "I"!
@@DeanStLouis-uh7np 😄 thanks
Do you think an exhaust change will be needed?
Yes, it helps a lot
@@MotoCheez - Wait, did I miss the video where you added that?
I didn't on the 150, I did on the 190 swap
Is the condor 150 or Vader 125 better?
I believe they're the same, never saw a Vader in person, just photos
How can you tell witch jet needs changed?
Just what I did in video.
@MotoCheez okay I rewatched it think I got it
35 pilot should be pro
It was!
@@MotoCheez my bad i thought you put a 37 in
@@hoagiesherlin7732 I was going to, but the one they had was 35, so you were right!
Road Rage no bueno.
Any idea what motor this rps is and if anyone offers a big bore kit?
It's a CG150, and I've been told there is big bore kits
@@MotoCheez okay thanks
@@MotoCheez any idea on performance and accessory parts on the rps?
I haven't looked into pipe yet or anything but the carb
