How long have you been lashing for? I’m a new lash tech and I’ve been having issues with retention I don’t know what glue is the best. 😫 can you recommend a few?
Hi love! I’ve tried many glues but it depends on the climate where you live. I currently use the Stacy Lash Evolution adhesive, it works for me year around here in Dallas Texas. I make sure that my temperature and humidity are always within the range for the best application for the adhesive. Stacy Lash sells trial sizes so you can buy them and try different ones before you commit to a full size. If you are having retention issues make sure your clients lashes are clean and primed, you have the correct application to the natural lash, use a nano mister, and or sealant at the end of your service, and make sure your clients are using the correct aftercare. I really hope this helps!
@@linzielinzie Thank you so much! I live in Houston🤘🏼 I've tried Stacy lash lightening glue wasn't a fan. I haven't invested in a sealant yet but I will soon. Hopefully that will change up the game for me. Do you have any recommendations for those? Its just kind of a hit or miss for me when it comes to retention so I'm trying to find the best glue. Some of my clients lashes will last up to 3 wks + and others won't even last a week. It's so frustrating. 😩
@@JG-op5lp I use the Stacy Lash Extra Strong Evolution adhesive and I love it!! Those clients who are having poor retention ask about their lifestyle, because if they workout, swim, use the sauna, or steamers it will affect retention. Some people just don’t have good retention, and they unfortunately just have to come in more often for fills. I had one client who is an esthetician so she was under the steam a lot with her clients during their facials, as well as worked out. She understood and would come in for weekly fills. @Lashbae on IG has a really good sealant, or you can try the one from London Lash. I really hope this helps!
I’m in esthetician school for waxing but I love watching lash artists here on UA-cam yall give me all the content lol
This is exactly the color scheme I envision. ♥️

Also make sure you shake your adhesive before dispensing, as well as storing it up right in a dark air locked container, you can find them on Amazon.
