I think an important piece of the replayability of each level is that there are multiple stories happening. In each level, it's a big area with lots of NPCs, and many of these have their own plans/ideas that they are trying to implement. In Hitman 2, for example, there was an entire robbery/blackmail event going on in one area. There could be reporters going for a scoop, bad guys discussing plans, people trying to make business deals... There's a lot to discover.

Yes, you can play with a controller. If you have a newer computer the game should run fine. I have a non-gaming computer from 2017, so each game in the trilogy runs worse than the prior one for me. Hope that helps.
Just finished the first playthrough an hour ago. This is hands-down the best Hitman game in the new series. If you’re on the fence and liked any of the previous installments - including Absolution and prior - go for it. My favourite level in this one was the Manor. The runnerup was China for the insanely good atmosphere and how amazing the rain looked. But still, as far as single levels go, Sapienza remains my favourite from this trilogy. Though I can’t seem to get my Hitman 1 purchase to work through Hitman 3 (only hitman 2), so I can’t enjoy Sapienza with upped graphics :(

You should pick up the first games on sale if you can, to me 2 was a more refined version of 1, but pretty much the same game. Play 1, see if you like it.
You definitely should also take a look at blood money and absolution. The previous ones look too outdated interns of graphincs (imho) but those two are amazing still today.
I am thinking of buying the deluxe edition, you can think it is worth it?, as I know you get extra contracts and suits and you get all the deluxe Missions coming in the future
if anyone has an answer for me about this it would be much appreciated. so in the 1st hitman game when you bought the game you only got one level then you had to buy the other chapters. is that gone? if i buy this new game will I have access to more than one level? I know in the video you say we get access to levels we already have purchased in the previous games but I skipped hitman 2 so non of those will be there for me. this is really the hinging factor on me buying the game. if I buy this 60 dollar game than have to spend another 30 on levels I'm really not interested. Also just want to add love your videos I almost always look one of these up before I buy a game and I just realized I've never been subbed. so you got a sub here keep up the great work! Edit: never mind I just looked it up myself because I couldn't wait for a response so I will leave this here incase anyone else was wondering the same thing comes ready to play with six missions and locations but can be expanded to a grand total of nineteen to twenty-one main campaign missions with the other two campaigns, three Game of the Year Escalations, four Patient Zero missions, one to four Sniper Assassin maps, and four Special Assignments depending on the version of players own and import. makes it possible for players to play and experience the full World of Assassination trilogy within a single game. Certainly, it is a unique aspect that will encourage players to easily replay previous campaigns or to experience the complete trilogy for the first time.
Hitman games have the most creative and memorable mission design. I still vividly remember the meat king mission from Contracts or Murder of Crows from Blood Money. The fact that they keep coming up with new premises for missions after about 20 years of Hitman is astounding.
Really loved the hitman series. Can’t wait to see what IOI will do with the new James Bond game, hopefully it has similar aspects, but makes it different than hitman. Great video, thanks for content❤️
The day 1 server issues were annoying trying to get my prograss carried over. I only have about 5 hours or so to myself when I get home from work and an hour of that was spent trying and retracing to get the process started because the website kept crashing. Then when I finally got it to work it was another 3 hours before it finally updated, so I had about an hour to actually play before I had to go to sleep. Because of how their transfer system overwrites your save, it felt pointless to try and play the game while I waited. At least now that it's done, what I've played has been great. I just got home and my fiance is working tonight so I have a few hours of peace to really enjoy the game 😁.
I played the first one but haven't played the others. Do they really add anything new to the games or is it more of just the amazing gameplay and new maps and story that you're in it for. I'll play them either way, was just curious
Blood Money will forever be my favorite. It was the first one I actually played because I was only 4yrs old when the first Hitman came out. I've played the others but they can't compare. Absolution is my number 2 but I'll definitely be getting this game though
Hitman 3 is the best story-based game I've ever played in my entire life. Outstanding and if this game was worth $100, I'd still buy it (Worth every single penny).
Yeah mission stories end up turning the game into a tutorial and you just follow along. It's good if you're super lost but then it really ends up making the game play on rails.
I'm glad you guys mentioned this. For each new mission I always complete without mission stories. Just the basic starting equipment. Then I'll go back and just have fun with the multitude of options to eliminate my targets.
I was really a bit disappointed by the size of the Thornbridge Manor and Berlin levels. Just me? Felt like hitman 2 had better, larger maps and just a lot more meat overall.
Never played a hitman game just got ps5 and looking for games. Is it going to be bad just jumping into this one with no prior knowledge or will it be possible to enjoy it anyway
Favorite Hitman game is any of them that feature Jesper Kyd as the soundtrack artist. He MADE Hitman with his soundtracks and while the newer games are indeed fun and still work, they just don't hit that same tone and atmosphere.
I literally searched for this an hour ago. I'm very happy to see it up. I haven't played a hitman since blood money, but I'm looking for an excuse to try a new one out.
This is IO's first self funded hitman game. They have thrown everything into this release. Hope it sells well so they can give us all more of these games!

just have a small question, do I have to play hitman 1 and 2 to enjoy 3? will I be missing out on anything or will it still be good?
You should pick up the first games on sale if you can, to me 2 was a more refined version of 1, but pretty much the same game.
Play 1, see if you like it.
No before you buy. Just buy
This will be my first Hitman game, and I honestly cannot wait!
You definitely should also take a look at blood money and absolution. The previous ones look too outdated interns of graphincs (imho) but those two are amazing still today.
@@nkrktn fax, absolution is rlly hated but one of my fav hitman games of all time
I'd highly recommend getting Hitman GOTY (2016) and Hitman 2 Gold Edition (2018). You can import and play all the levels from those games in Hitman 3.
Thanks for all the advice I’ll be sure to check out all those games! 😁
@@chief_feef hope u enjoy
I remember playing Hitman Absolution and it was SO GOOD
I didn't liked the checkpoints system. But its a decent game. At least they try to give him some story and emotion.

Its considered the worst hit man game in the series

Watching this makes me miss hitman blood money. The yacht level and the cliff side "Mansion" level... Ah the good ol days.
The mansion and the opera!😍😍

I really miss smaller levels like A New Life in BM
After beating a level a hundred times, I really enjoy coming back and killing everyone , every npc.

Whats fun about grinding 1 level?
@@evilovesperry It's fun
I want this so bad I have played every hitman ever except for this man, I need it
I am thinking of buying the deluxe edition, you can think it is worth it?, as I know you get extra contracts and suits and you get all the deluxe Missions coming in the future
Is it worth buying it for ps4? I'm on lockdown for 3 days and need something to do
Can’t wait to play this in a years time when I can get the ultimate edition in the sale
Do you mean discounted or an Ultimate edition with all DLC & such included? If it's the former, the game is half off from now until August 5th.
Jake has been playing Hitman since 2000?? Damn I was born in that year. I thought he was younger 😂😝
We 80’s babies! 🤙🏾
Can't wait for HItman 3.....ON STEAM!
@Gothera Gaming true story
@Gothera Gaming I agree
Should I play the first two hitman games before playing the new one? If yes, is there a way where I can get all the levels and missions in one pack?
if anyone has an answer for me about this it would be much appreciated.
so in the 1st hitman game when you bought the game you only got one level then you had to buy the other chapters. is that gone? if i buy this new game will I have access to more than one level? I know in the video you say we get access to levels we already have purchased in the previous games but I skipped hitman 2 so non of those will be there for me. this is really the hinging factor on me buying the game. if I buy this 60 dollar game than have to spend another 30 on levels I'm really not interested.
Also just want to add love your videos I almost always look one of these up before I buy a game and I just realized I've never been subbed. so you got a sub here keep up the great work!
Edit: never mind I just looked it up myself because I couldn't wait for a response so I will leave this here incase anyone else was wondering the same thing
comes ready to play with six missions and locations but can be expanded to a grand total of nineteen to twenty-one main campaign missions with the other two campaigns, three Game of the Year Escalations, four Patient Zero missions, one to four Sniper Assassin maps, and four Special Assignments depending on the version of players own and import. makes it possible for players to play and experience the full World of Assassination trilogy within a single game.
Imagine a game where two assassins are dropped into a world like this where either they eliminate the target... or each other
They tried that with the last game but it never really took off
There used to be mobile game like that. The man from U.N.C.L.E - Mission Berlin.
Deathloop?

Is it worth playing the first two first? Or should I go straight for this new one?
Yes both games are amazing
I heard Mendoza, Arg is in this game. Since that’s my home country/province I’m excited to see what they did.
I'd imagine when they comeback to the franchise they'll end up remaking the orignal levels.
That would be awesome dude

I played the first one but haven't played the others. Do they really add anything new to the games or is it more of just the amazing gameplay and new maps and story that you're in it for. I'll play them either way, was just curious
To this day Hitman: Contracts will be my favorite entry in the Franchise.

Blood Money will forever be my favorite. It was the first one I actually played because I was only 4yrs old when the first Hitman came out. I've played the others but they can't compare. Absolution is my number 2 but I'll definitely be getting this game though

I would definitely suggest turning off mission stories, instinct and the minimap for the most immersive experience.
@@ReSt-LeSs- it is the most immersive way. Otherwise it is just hand holding.
