Ooo Aleksandra i Stefania są w swoim żywiole 😄. Nie znam się na kobiecej modzie , ale w tym temacie polegam na intuicji a wyglądałyście ślicznie . Widzę , że pijesz zielony napój ,często widzę ten napój na amerykańskich podróżniczych vlogach , ale ja preferuję napój witaminowy zrobiony ze świeżo zebranych owoców ze swojego ogrodu ; truskawki , aronia , poziomki , maliny , brzoskwinie . Owszem napoje proszkowane dają nam witaminy ale świeżo zerwane owoce dają nam jeszcze energię . Domyślam się atencji cytowanych słów z tej książki . Czekam z niecierpliwością na zapowiedzianą podróż do Włoch, lubię oglądać Was w podróży . ❤

Tak, w Londynie całkiem nieźle jest dostać coś świeżego i wysokiej jakości, więc wybieramy herbatę bąbelkową - firma, do której chodzimy, nie używa proszku - my mieliśmy taro, czyli rodzaj ziemniaków zmieszanych z mlekiem migdałowym, to miłe! Jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem tego, co rośnie w Twoim ogrodzie! Mamy strasznego pecha, za dużo ślimaków i innych dziwnych rzeczy, z którymi nie mieliśmy do czynienia wcześniej. Filmy z Włoch już wkrótce!! Przesyłam Ci miłość od nas obojga xxx
@@alessandrarosa W Polsce wszystko co wymieniłaś z kulinarii raczej nie jest dostępne lub żadko dostępne w wyspecializowanych resteuracjach . W Polsce do obiadu do popicia jest tradycyjny kompot ( zagotowane różne owoce z dodatkiem cukru gdy są za cierpkie i podawane na zimo ) i koktajl ze zmiksowanych owoców z kefirem lub maślanką . Jeszcze do niedawna Polacy robili zapasy witaminowe na zimę jak soki z porzeczki , wiśni , dżemy z owoców , weki z grzybami lub ogórkami a także musy jabłkowe do szarlotek , ale w obecnych czasach ludziom już się niechce mogąc kupić to w sklepach,ale to nie jest to samo . Taką bombą z witaminą C był dżem z owoców dzikiej róży lub derenia jadalnego który występuje w Polsce i ma najwięcej różnych witamin , ale ostatnio został zapomniany .
