I just got my artist 12 xp-pen display drawing tablet. I'm practicing drawing anime and manga still. Gaming doesn't seem to happen since I practice drawing. Any tips for me using the tablet for the first time?

Recommendation: name ahegao tutorial :"Ghost Pepper facial expression" so that YT doesn't immediately nuke it. You can measure the expressiveness on the Scoville scale. And as always, thanks for the tutorials, these are much appreciated! It makes a world of difference when someone explains the process rather than looking at reference materials online.

Now, it has actually inspired me to start drawing and I got an iPad Pro, pencil and procreate to start drawing anime characters. Everyone complaining about your art, how long have you practiced? Cause Mikey didn't just pick up a pencil and draw like this. If your answer is anything less than 5 years of consistent, very deliberate practice, you haven't done enough and that's why you have problems with your art. Seems harsh maybe but it's also the truth.
And btw, 5 is still being generous. I've got over 12 years of practice under my belt and yes, no artist will ever be totally satisfied by their art, but I still want to trash things. I've just learnt not to cause when I look at it later I'm happier with it than I was when I was ready to scribble all over it.

LOVING your vids, but I noticed alot of these are softer/feminine type faces and expressions, can we get versions that outline masculine facial structures and expressions as well? This has been great practice so far.
I'm very glad to see that you are making more tutorials. It seems like many You Tube artists have stopped making tutorial videos.
The mirror idea is great. I like taking selfies with different facial expressions, although my Santa-like beard, makes it a bit difficult unless I am drawing bearded characters.
