You can't anything to eat that has nutritional value in the states for $6.00. That diet coke and a bag of potato chips would cost you $6.00 here. I'm heading to Thailand next year. I still work full time now but im planning on retireing next year. I'll be 63 years old and I could live off my social security payments that are projected to be about $2000 a month. You give me hope of finally getting out of this rat race for survival in the states. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. Safe travels my friend.

Hi Chris, another great 30 days costs video, yet without the total it costs you to live for 30 days in Hua Hin? If you could provide a total cost, it would be really useful my friend. Also, did you miss out costs for drinks and entertainment, plus any groceries you buy for snacks and the room etc..? Cheers :)

What physiotherapy are you doing for the sciatic nerve pain? I had the onset of severe sciatic pain in my left hip/leg/foot 4 months ago. Had no idea what the deal was because never had anything like that before. The problem turned out to be a dessicated disc between L4 and L5 vertebrae. So I watched some UTube videos on physiotherapy for sciatica/lumbago. Started doing the moves daily, about 20 minutes per session, felt better immediately. After about 1.5 months, all the pain and tingling and weakness was completely gone. I also took some strong anti-inflammatory medicine for the first week, because according to what I was told, the cause of the pain is sciatic nerve inflammation. Now I am in the know about spinal alignment and vertebae spacing. I really like the energy and enthusiasm of your videos!

Great Video ! I show my friends you can live like a westerner or a Thai in Hua Hin. You can eat at familiar places to the west, or live and eat extremely well on Thai offered food. I do not eat out at all in the USA due to cost, I love all food and Thai is a treat here for me, all that food you got at the vendors for $2.00 I'll take any day over a burger and fries !

Question? Did you ever get a massage while in Bali? Which do you prefer, Thai or Balanese?
I'm not a fan of the Thai, but the best massage I ever had was in Bali.
Ever try using a dry bag for laundry? Put the wash in the dry bag and roll it around your room.😁
I used to fly with an inflatable red donut pillow. It's also known as a hemmerrhoid pillow. I don't have hemmerrhoids, but it is the most comfy at about 60% inflation. I used to love the way people would look at me as I blew up the pillow.😂 I now travel with a self inflating 10" x 18" seat mat, kind of like the self inflating camping mats that you sleep on, but smaller. It folds down to the size of a coffee mug. The trick is to sit on it like a saddle, back to front.

Can you explain your international phone plan more? You said that you use AT&T, but the only “plan” I’ve found with ATT that offers international travels is 12$ a day for 10 days overseas, then the rest of the month you won’t be charged. The caveat though is you gotta have an existing regular phone plan so that’s phone plan cost + 120$. Not the cheapest thing out there

Just because you are stuck in a whirlpool of mud, you want to entice others into it. 😮 When your money runs dry and your youth spent, you may get your head stuck in the mud or sand and die because of lack of oxygen.😂
