Noise is a big selling point for me, such as are the walls paper thin, do u hear neighbours above… I have had so many disputes with neighbours above scraping chairs across floors!! I ultimately go for the top flat .. but they are not always available

I’ve watched other tours by supposedly permanent residents who have hardly anything in their fridge, tons of beautiful amenities they don’t use… they might as well be living in a hotel room.
