I'll be walking away from my 90k job. Too much stress for the crap pay. After 20 years this should be way more. Healthcare is shit for pay. It's criminal when insurance companies make more than healthcare workers.
Nephew you know that building is 🔥🔥 I wanted to move to Jomtien, I really want to stay on the beach. But this building and this area is making me think hard. $750 compared to the $1550 I'm paying now.😂😂
I know you thought I was cappin in the last video but I’m moving to this exact location next month I already got a agent, might as well join the club too 😂
@ that’s what’s up I’m currently wrapping my trip up in Ethiopia and headed straight there! Idk why I’m this excited but I feel like this is just the place to be in 2025
Isaiah can you start asking about noise in the condo tours? Noise is a big selling point for me, such as are the walls paper thin, do u hear neighbours above… I have had so many disputes with neighbours above scraping chairs across floors!! I ultimately go for the top flat .. but they are not always available
This interview was EVERYTHING! Giving podcast vibes for sure. I felt like I was eavesdropping on the most interesting conversation two good friends has ever had. Veeerry educational and entertaining 🤗📚💵
You are doing God's work I am a single mom of 3 and you are giving me the encouragement to live a different life. I know you dont have any videos with ppl w/ kids. I'm manifesting you touring my home. !!!!!!
25:45 I do love an all-black computer desk setup! • The entire unit looks comfortable, and best of all- lived in! I’ve watched other tours by supposedly permanent residents who have hardly anything in their fridge, tons of beautiful amenities they don’t use… they might as well be living in a hotel room. I understand everyone lives the way they want. However, this tour gives the impression the residents are truly settled in Thailand.
@@Twtybird1 that’s true, but you can tell that this guy has traveled a lot. The other younger folks, may be there first venture outside of the US so it takes a while to get adapted.

Another great interview at The Politan. Trey and Eugene are living their best lives. Can you do a video of Politan Aqua? I don’t want to live in the city and this looks like a great location. Keep making these great videos.
Wow , this Video hit home ! The burn out is REAL The toxic work place ( especially in-house ) I had to leave my Law Enforcement career. Mentally I couldn’t do it any longer I had no personal life . I knew when mentally I felt I was deteriorating . I’m so intrigued by your videos I would like to visit Thailand and treat myself a luxury life for a year 🙏🏻🥰

Again Thank you for these videos. My mental health has really improved watching. I am a Travel Nurse I work in Prison’s, Nursing homes. But off work now 4 months post knee replacement. I was in line for one of those contracting jobs with the DoD in Kuwait during covid, went through all the paperwork and even did my medical screen, but they never sent me due to the covid situation. It would've been nice tax free earnings, but i don't regret it.
17:36 He mentioned vaping and I’m wondering- Is vaping frowned upon? Are vaping supplies easily available from stores, or is online ordering the only way to get them?
You can buy vape pens of all varieties. They are technically illegal in Thailand and the cheap ones are bad. You can buy them but they are illegal in Thailand
Isaiah tell us about the other fees that are associated with living in these buildings. Outside of rent, utilities, etc. I’m sure there are other hidden fees they charge. Or is that not the case?
Isaiah I am a black lesbian who is 44. I work remotely with a company in Tech. I enjoy your videos and I believe I have found the area I want to stay from your videos. This building. Are there any black women expats living in this building or area? If so can you interview them? Seriously inquiring
Two things....... What Visa are all of you guys on that allows you to stay long enough to rent a place??????? And 2, what are these magical jobs that everybody has that allows them to be up during daytime hours and not have to work American hours? Which by the way is miserable cuz I've done that in the Philippines. Waking up at 6:00 p.m. going to bed at 8:00 a.m.. it sucks
I know exactly where it is! It's about 40 minutes outside of the tourist center of Bangkok. You're living amongst the locals. You have to be comfortable about being uncomfortable living out in Nonthaburi.

Yes, please tap the walls so we can hear how hollow they are
Most of the condos are very well built and in most cases, you will never hear your neighbors.

The best person you have interviewed. The allure of a suburban condo becomes more and more interesting
That’s true I think the luxury ones are just for maybe first 6 months or a year then once you settle in grab one away from the fast paced action
