Holy Shiit. That is incredible. I love my ICE cars but I would definitely buy this, if the US allowed the competition. Too bad.
Great review as usual. Looking forward to the BYD Bao Leopard 8 review
I'd take the Huawei any day over an overpriced Mercedes.
Well you are poor as f 😂 so understandable
No Brainer it has a theater and a fridge lol😢
Comparing this car to an electric mercides is a very low bar . Mercides not even in the top 50 in EV
Or chooses the superior "cheap" Lexus LS , always made in Japan.
Great to see the comparison video again, I can imagine it’s a lot of work to do but as I have said before nobody else doing this and especially in the knowledgeable and informative way. As we now see in China, BMW, MB, Porsche, Audi are all in big trouble, Q3 results for BMW were a disaster and after seeing this comparison you can really see why… Thanks again, always look forward to your videos…😊
@@marknorth7361 Yeah, they slept too much on their reputation and were thinking it will stay that way. There is a professor here in Germany who's an expert in the automotive industry and wrote a book about a decade ago that this would happen, yet nobody listened...
Lifetime warranty for the first driver on all the electric equipment got me. When I don’t like it after 5 years I give it to my son. He will be grateful anyway and me having no headache regarding maintenance.
I wanna buy Stelato.
Why?
Cause of its range, luxurious style, it has a projector, the price is reasonable, the styling, the space inside, the speed, etc...
I wanna buy Mercedes.
Why?
Cause of its Name. "Mercedes".
brand impression takes time to change, but it will change. nowadays chinese youth think bmw mec audi are for old people
@@kunchen3278 good to know that really. Cause those brands were quality before. But after they got bigger and bigger, they didnt care anymore coz they knew their fans will buy them no matter what
Thank you for making the video.
Mercedes looks silly next to the Chinese car. Goodbye Germany, time to pay for sending vepon to Israel.
If we take the Huawei price tag as the reference point I'd give the Merc e-class a price tag at around 50k. But then again, considering the laggy software and less of luxurious hardware who wouldn't give the extra money and take the Huawei? So I needed to let it sink in, and you're right, in order to stay competitive Mercedes would need to go even lower.
The Chinese car makers have flipped the script and are putting the traditional auto makers under huge pressure. First in China, soon in the rest of the world.
I really like your videos btw. Only downside is this weird AI voice over, aren't there better alternatives?
Hi. Thanks. My english pronunciation is not good. So, only AI😅
What dont you like in AI voice? Grammar mistakes?
@@Gilevich_Sergey Hey, thanks for your reply 😊
The grammar is all good, only thing is that the AI voice sounds harsh and sometimes changes in speed. I was thinking if maybe there is another Ai that does a better job. Anyway I'd still watch your videos if you keep this one ;)
Kudos from Germany 💪
Bruh at 60k I might as well take a Lucid air
With tariffs, Huawei is still more than the Merc I guess...So in Europe we are stuck with crappy, overpriced cars for the near future... anyway, to be fair, I am 60 now and cannot be bothered about cars and the status symbol anymore. Jumped from my Cayennes S to a crappy Opel Insignia which drives absolutely perfectly...and when I fill up the tank, I can't stop laughing...60 € fills it and I get 1,000 km...LOL Also getting rid of all the status slavery linked to brands is such a lovely, freeing feeling.
Huawei always been a1 the best and cheapest phones I've every had
5:00 5:30 😂😂😂
No offence but comparing this well made Huawei car to the German cars with their cheap glossy plasticy interiors that squeaks and rattles, is an insult to the effort that was put in making this lovely Stelato.
Just watch a channel called: "Build Quality Test" you will know what im talking about.
I like this Video.
My personal opinion: Forget about Mercedes! Germans would say: Snow from yesterday!
Is there any full-/ mild hybrid Huawei?
ofcourse..Aito lineup are mostly PHEVs (EREVs)...200 km pure electricity + 900 km on fuel (Aito M7). it is Huawei tech car. new Avatr 7 comes also as PHEV. not sure of the new luxeed R7.
The day of the Mercedes is over!
Huawei = ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
GO HUAWEI!!!
You need to compare Nio ET7 with German magnificent 3
I can't wait.
German magnificent 3? 😂😂😂 you mean German Plastificent! German plastic junk!
German Plasticficent 3
And do a video on byd leopard 8 and chery fulwin t11
The lights are like porsche tycan.
and porsche tycan lights are like Mclaren 570.
@@ahmadahmal2942 you are right.
E-class would be actually having better interior building quality than S-class.
Kindly upload video 3 or 5 in a week
stelato the best...mercedes is the fast
Hey Sergey many in Europe no like price like of bmw or Mercedes new models overpriced asked this cars they made only for Rich people no way society sheep's follow them nah my heart says better Chinese EV like this stelato or su7 or xpeng 007 or dz9 gt much better I no need any bmw or Mercedes to pay 100k for nothing just plastic cheap and they try blame Chinese EV who made better Eco good quality I prefer Hawaii s9 design and new xpeng 007 looks big high sedan for that level and money 25k serious who pay 100k for the name of daughter hmm nah thank I love more like china Chinese EV.
It's true. Recently one new Maybach owner in China had a leaking roof and the brand distributor is slow to react and fix it. He got so upset he pasted a coloured poncho over his roof to make a protest statement.
Can anyone say what the price tag would be for the Huawei without the subsidies from the chinese government?
What subsidies?
The manufacturers get financial support from the government for peoducing electric vehicles. That is why the prices are low. The prices für german cars are too expensive, that we do not need to discuss.
@@stb2578 The government subsidize every manufacturer including Tesla from the US, Toyota etc from Japan, and Mercedes etc from Germany, and of course domestic local manufacturers on every EV they produce, so that this country could fast pace to its goal of reducing ICE cars, the same goal that EU has brought up and found it hard to achieve so now is thinking about to change it double-standardly.
Is this the subsidy you were talking about?
@@cheungchingtong Yes, thank you. I thought only Chinese manufacturers get the subsidy. But only for Models that are produced in China, right? EQS and EQE are produced in Germany, so no subsidies for these models?
@@stb2578 Of course not mate, now, I assume you are German, saw you were using German term, buddy, would you like your government subsidizing BYD or Tesla that are not manufacturing in your country? Guess not.
Anyway, this whole subsidies thing is nonsense, as far as I know, foreign brands are also accepting all kinds of subsidies from the government, that building factories and manufacturing EV/Hybrid here, land renting would be cheaper, taxes would be lower, for companies both abroad and domestic, Tesla is an example. Besides, EU has long history subsidizing its industries that even the Americans, which recently tariff 100% on Chinese EVs, would complain about it, EU wants to protect their legacies, regardless it is neither good for those legacies, nor European consumers, we get it, do not like it, yet understand it. But doing so by find excuse that chooses to follow the Americans smearing on China, it is not understandable and unacceptable. That said, the Chinese EV/Hybrid you find cheaper than the European ones, are mainly not due to these subsidy policies, but China owns almost the whole manufacturing supply chain, for inside out of a car being made, which many of European manufactured cars, EV or not, needed to import from China to be built.
Comparing this car to electric Mercedes is a very low bar . Mercedes not even in the top 50 in EV
that was ICE mercedes..
It if will have an ic engine, it will not be an elecric vehicle. So, it will be worst than any german BEV vehicle.
It's an EV. Most Huawei cars offer both pure EV and extended range EV options. In terms of EV tech Germans can't match the Chinese
@@cwdjdsd-36321cs .
The EU has decided to slap another 35% tariff on top of the existing 19% starting 1 Oct 2024 on Huawei EVs. So, it is not as if they EU is banning Chinese EVs, like the US. Let's see if a 50% tariff on Chinese EVs will be able to stop Chinese EVs from winning in Europe market.
@@HTeo-og1lg lmao so what, China's EV Market is larger than US and EU markets combined. Huawei only sells EVs in china. China sold more than 1 million EVs this month alone.
Germany & Japan are DONE!!! BYE-BYE!!!
Japan is still good. German cars are junk.
chinese ev car crap! MERCEDES ALL THE WAY!
BRAAAAAAAP!!!! WRONG!!!!
BRAAAAAAAP!!! WRONG!!!!
No one want ev s they are crap if you want to loose your money buy an ev
BRAAAAAAAP!!!! WRONG!!!!
Chinese EVs are notorious for their batteries blowing up and toasting their occupants. Chinese Ev ? No thanx
BRAAAAAAAP!!!! WRONG!!!!
Sguec test is bias; you had microphone in Huawi in the middle but when you did test in merc you had mike in your hand just there where you were testing. Doing so it took more noise because it was just next to test place!!🤦♂️🤡
