my man trust me you gotta eat a balkan breakfast (The Balkan Breakfast is a charcuterie board-style meal of veggies like capsicums, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, bread, cured meats, vibrant red dip called ajvar, pickles, onions, radishes, apples and basically anything else you can think of. The veggies are raw and whole. No cutlery in sight (aside from maybe a knife, if you’re fancy). Endless flavour combinations. No coming up for air between bites. And, for some of the newly converted, a shocking amount of fibre.) its fire bro and hella healthy, if, of course, eaten in the right quantity. u can also add fatty bacon, or salami, or cheese
Dude pasta is alot of starch and you eat alot of it and carbs as well if you don't cut out starch and carbs and sugar everyday what you are doing is for nothing you will actually gain weight

Pasta is awesome but it is not satiating compared to some other carbs, that’s why you need to eat a lot of it at once to not feel hungry.
