Cross-examination sucks because they aren't able to give explanations, but luckily Johnny will be able to give his side during redirect (with his own lawyer) once cross is done. I hope he's able to fit everything in there when it comes time!
He's in a courtroom, if he loses his patience he will be held in contempt of court, he has no choice but to be as patient as he can be.

JDs mother died during this time, which would obviously lead JD down a bad path, but rottenborn wouldn’t give dates to him, so that JD could not explain that the reason he was angry in certain clips was because his mom passed etc

Not one bit of evidence shows that JD was ever physically violent towards AH. This trial is really eye opening as to what lengths AH would go to for money.
Believe it or not, there are actually people out there that are pointing to his violence to inanimate objects as some sort of proof of DV. It scares me how some people make leaps of logic to arrive at the conclusion that he must somehow be guilty. But to me, it shows Johnny as having the same emotions as everyone else. Everyone (even those same people) will have a temper when provoked on their lowest day. They look at JD and expect him to be robotic. Otherwise, show any emotion, and he must be guilty. It's sad, really.

She calculated all of this to hurt him as she could no longer control him. This all makes her look SO BAD. Every piece of evidence she clearly contrived & says things to egg him on. The evidence she submits and her lawyers plan. She’s trying so hard to ruin him but making him so much greater while she herself looks so small. I hope we never see her again after all this.

My son had a mental breakdown and I’m TELLING YOU that when someone you love is in a very bad place mentally and wants to self harm it is TERRIFYING to witness. If anything you would call for an ambulance (as I did) NOT record them for future “evidence” - that is not love. She’s demonic. I pray that JD and his family can heal from this.
So sorry to hear about your son. I do hope he is doing well. Mental illness is heartbreaking. I watched my mom suffer with Bipolar Disorder. Fortunately we had a strong Dad who was amazing. From the very first time it was revealed in the trial I have been appalled by AH's evil violation of trust and her picture taking of Johnny at such vulnerable times. There is no excuse for it. She said she was sending them to her best friend for support, yet she took most when he was detoxing. She couldn't handle it and she shouldn't have been there in the first place. She's not trained or a nurse. It was all part of the plan, to have 3rd parties as witnesses and Raquel Pennington was a partner in the plan from the Island to the night in May, 2016 when the police arrived at PH 3. AH was setting Johnny up for a marriage and very quick and profitable divorce! She said so on the extended version of the "Tell the world, Johnny..." audio. She wanted 3 of the 5 penthouses, $50,000 a month, the Range Rover, and all tax expenses paid. Loving someone and caring about their health the way you care deeply about your son never existed for Amber Heard. Johnny was her pot filled with gold that she would get whatever it took!

As that final recording played, all I could think about was the events that led up to that moment. I have no doubt that she antagonized him to that state off-camera and then changed her tone when she started recording because she knew she might use it as blackmail later. This is how narcissists get off; they will corner you & push you into a nervous breakdown, and then make themselves appear to be the bigger person once you're reached that vulnerable state. This is very effective for gaslighting and making the victim feel "crazy". It's amazing how calm she was the whole time! Any rational and concerned person would have called authorities, or at least his bodyguard or assistant.

I'm looking back at JD's testimony, and I can't for the life of me comprehend how AH's lawyers thought that playing an audio recording of him basically saying he wanted to hurt himself (and possibly did end up hurting himself) to just say "alright, see ya next week!" was a good idea.
WHY BRING THIS UP? Even if he wasn't the victim, which he clearly is, that is so inapproriate and horrid to make someone relive that and then just send them away for the weekend without a real reason to bring it up.

Their evidence were so short and cut off you can clearly tell there’s more to the recordings of why Depp reacted emotionally.. It was crystal clear that AH provoked him and started all the fights where Depp reacted.. Also none of those evidence proved Depp was ever physically abusive to her. They tried but it failed so badly.. People saw right through all her manipulative plan.
Everyone should binge watch Johnny Depp movies in his support. He deserves justice for what this evil woman has done to him.

No.. she agreed to Johnny recording her because she would do and say things and then deny that she said or did them later.. he asked her if he could record her during arguments etc to prove that the things he was experiencing and then her denying them were true.. she agreed.. there was multiple times where Johnny has said he did not agree to be recorded.. in fact he has flat out said he told her not to record him..

He says thank you every time something is handed to him, he says bless you when someone in the room sneezes. None of these are done for show, but immediate responses from a lifetime of trying to be a kind person. Drinking and drug use are turning anger inwards, not reacting outwards. Most of the alcoholics and drug users I’ve known were not physically abusive. The “illegal” footage shows that. In a moment of anger he could have lashed out at her physically but he didn’t.
The case is about her mischaracterization of him in terms of being a physical abuser. None of their evidence proves him to be a physical abuser. This is all fluff to confuse the jury. I hope they see through it.
One thing that gives me solace is knowing that if she sees *anything* about this whole thing online, she'll see everyone is clearly on his side and everyone despises her
No matter the outcome of this trial, as we know libel cases are difficult to win by default, Johnny will almost certainly be welcomed back in the industry and Amber will lose all credibility. The support for Johnny has been overwhelming as a result of the evidence brought forth.

Not necessarily true, I used to record my ex when he was being verbally abusive as I didn't think anyone would believe me as he lied and gaslight constantly - to the point I couldn't remember things moments after they happened. I couldn't tell anyone what happened because it was all jumbled up and I couldn't be sure what I experience was real or in my head so I started recording so I coulf play back the recording and make sense of what happened.
