I did not realize how easy it is to make roti. Love how easy this recipe is especially now that I have the Aata flour on hand. I also like using the roti as bait to have family members help with the clean up. Many nuggets of sage advice. Thank you Masala Mama for sharing.

As a mom I need to be creative in asking for help - and yes roti is so simple - try it fresh with cold butter (thank me later)

Mmmm! There is nothing that attracts hungry family members faster than the smell of roti cooking in the kitchen. Then sneaking a piece and using it to grab a chunk of cultured butter. Heavenly!

Hi- all purpose flour is different from roti flour. You can stall make it but it’s not a roti ingredient.
