For the Copper Island (or any other island you want to get lots of resources) its good to make a cart and have with you so you can carry lots more stuff with less trips back and forth.And as much as copper tools looks good, I agree its best to make obsidian tools and save copper for more important things.
Yeah, I was wondering if it'd be worth it to do that or not. I'm in the process of making a staging base for myself over there so that I can store resources and rest without getting torched.
@@dieseljester3466 What I did was to build a smelter in that premade camp where you get the sextant and smelt copper ingots before getting home, its much lighter to bring ingots instead of the ores.
I really want to see your character decked out in a jaguar cape and lizardskin boots and belt. You just need some silver for a belt buckle and tips for some pointy boots and you're all set to be a wrestling legend or a West Texas varmint hunter. Open the Fountain of Youth BBQ and Dance Hall.

It's hard too play right now no animals are respawning therfore where he his in game it will be hard because he won't be able too repair his gear
If u go east of the first mapping tree there is obsidian nodes u can mine for better tools and spear

I just went through game files there are some Kool shit in future like swords and muskets
If u want to see all buildiables in game let me know I think they have too polish up other biomes
the hilarity is the episode before this. the character was literally dying of thirst and the rain hadn't come in weeks. and he inrl gets sick, then when he gets better all the rain comes and saves his game character son.

Not sure if you know but, you can destroy items when you can no longer use it by pressing the destroy button bottom right.
I wish you could do the same with docks. I'm stuck having my original dock that's backwards because the computer won't let me disassemble it.
@@dieseljester3466 You can disassemble it and get your resources back. You just have to find the right angle to get it to pop up.
@@Dads1978 I haven't been able to get it to do that. No matter which angle I use, I keep on getting this error message of "can't disassemble base part" or something like that. I can't remember the exact wording off the top of my head. But anyway, I had placed the base part and then placed the dock. I then found out after I had built it that it was backwards when I couldn't build my canoe next to it. So I tried disassembling it, failed countless times, gave up, and then made a new dock nearby.

Check and see if animals are still spawning for u there is a bug where animals won't respawn there will be a count down when looking on the map for a animals respawn yet once it hits one the fallowing day instead of spawning the count down restarts
Ya I've been paying attention since your last comment and it looks like it resets when I start the game the next time so hopefully a patch will come out to fix that soon
I know what's it from people throwing weapons would disappear so they fixed it now there is a issue with animals spawning below ground hopefully more people tell devs about bug I've told him three times since they fixed it and I haven't heard back but more people tell them the faster it gets done

So animals bug is half fixed they will respawn if u stay in game full duration if not timer restarts

All these crafting games need a simple qol improvement. Chests within radius x of the crafting bench count as your inventory. It's kinda nuts this hasn't happened yet except in mods. Maybe 2 games do it?
Edit; drying rack: does sun exposure change crafting time, maybe?

What you need to do to organize better is make a simple platform on land a square or more and nothing else and put all the crafting tables there no need to run around the house all the time
You really shouldn't leave stuff behind its better to have stuff that you will rarely need then when you need it and not have it

Bro! Stop using big branches for fuel. Small sticks only for fires!! You need long sticks and big branches and all the others you find for construction and crafting. You CANNOT do chemistry without big branches (used to create small handles for your pestles). You really need to stop and study your blueprints. Speaking of which, it is very easy to find any recipe related to ANY resource. On your inventory screen, bottom right. You will see the blueprints button. Select that and see what happens. Just saying. Good series though. Keep up the content man.
you do know you can DESTROY thing and not just drop it. it says right one screen lol its Obsidian lol not ONXY
