I highly recommend the fully upgraded catamaran... its like the Cadillac of boats. It took me a bit to be able to reach everything without falling overboard and the sail does block your sightline while sailing but once you get used to that its like a houseboat. I spent a good few minutes just cruising around 😂😂
So many videos in and I still jump almost every time an animal attacks you. 😅 It’s always just so sudden. Especially the lizards that come out of nowhere. Lol. Anyway, this video was a trip. The saw, the constant animals, everything. I really love this game. I hope the developers fix the respawn bug, though I don’t mind having no jaguars around. They’re terrifying.
Jesus christ, I've never had a jump scare during this play through until now lol. That jaguar at 20:35 made me jump so hard and I had my bird on my shoulder and he flew away scared lol
For the respawning issue with the boars I have noticed that you can fix it by making sure the carcasses are completely harvested and then traveling to the other region and coming back. Whenever I do that it resets all the spawns except the tortoises. Those just take forever to respawn in general
You might know this by now, but the best way to find out what an item is for is to highlight it in your inventory and go to the right bottom and select "Blueprints" - then you will see everything that item is used for, and nothing it isn't. This way you don't have to sort through the entire list of Bluprints. When I am out an about, I am constantly pressing V to find the spiders, snakes, and scorpions I hate them all :D - and it tells you where items are and how far away.
You seem like a very confused guy, but I like your playstyle and videos, quite refreshing from those youtubers that rush through thinking they know everything XD However you do baffle me some... 1. Why are you not interested in checking out new recipes? For example animal fat can be turned into lamp oil which is a 100% light source at night + you can instantly light a torch from a lamp to have 100% ignition chance on lighting fires. 2. Coffee, dry coffee beans to make coffee drink in your cooking pot, each cup will fill your energy bar with 50%, this can pretty much make sleeping not needed for long periods of time. 3. Be careful what you use copper for, it is a very limited resource, the first time there are a decent amount in the mines, but after that they will only generate 1 or 2 ores after a period of many days. 4. This is a personal opinion, but you already have the best allround boat, the canoe, you just need to upgrade it, yes the (fully upgraded) catamaran has a lot of stuff on it + a logholder, but it is painful to steer compared to the canoe. Use the vison a bit more to see where interesting artifacts are hidden, you seem to miss a lot of stuff, maybe because your mouse movements is so fast, dunno. Also use the blueprint button when an item in inventory is selected instead of wondering what this could be :D Anyways, have fun playing this game, but be aware the devs broke a ton of stuff with their Hotfix 1267, some of them are even game breaking like bigger animals stop spawning, time suddenly not progressing anymore unless you do timed stuff like crafting, harvesting or sleeping, but still stats drop making it near impossible to play, it's been almost a week with very little info from the devs on these serious issues, they should either roll back that hotfix or release a new hotfix for the most game breaking problems :)
Survival you wont have piles lol you would want to break it down to use the mats for something else lol Use what you have lol Grillmastah I Want piles lol
Love this game series but gotta ask...why don't you hardly ever use the thing that shows everything glowing??....I feel like you're missing so much by not using it....great play thru tho...hope you keep it going

I would like for us to have tool racks, weapon racks and mannequins for our sets of clothes or armor to sit on while we dont use it. I hate that they are on the ground or in a box. Even more that we destroy them. Id also like for them not to loose durability when they are repaired, I hate that.

I love this game and your videos. There is so many things to do. It will be amazing when the new islands open up.
Those Tegu lizards can give leather as well, Grill.
