I really love this game. The exploration is just so much fun. I’m glad you went around and mapped so many places. Especially Windy Island, because I don’t remember seeing much of that place. And I like seeing all the remnants of the settlements and people that came before. The entire timeline doesn’t make sense to me yet, either, but I’m hoping it will become clearer once more of the game comes out. 😊

If I wait 7 days my boars will respawn, BUT I can't log out or change zones (travel to other islands) or it will reset the 7 day cooldown. This is the same for all of the animals with respawns. The game should remember the state between logouts and travel but it doesn't. I'm sure this will be fixed in an upcoming patch. Also it is possible we are all having different issues depending on when our game was started as some of the patches are not retroactive.

You could try to reach the top of the mountain on Windy Island Grill. That thing is so high not only would you get ALL of the island but most of the area surrounding the area.
