I love Tina. I wish she was still playing and posting on youtube. Normally, I focus on Tina's hands as her technique is amazing... and uniquely hers... but today, I watched Kel - At first she was focusing on Tina, and once she figured out TIna was flawless, she closed her eyes and became lost in the beauty of the piece - The Moonlight Sonata is a beautiful piece. Wonderful to hear it brought fourth with a plugged in sound. Oh, to lament the loss of Tina S. to the world... I hope she rejoins us one day.

Little more than "MUSCLE MEMORY" 🤔, thus the face 😔 that registered almost no emotion /feeling. Technique aplenty, but very little soul and emotion to apply it to, but then again since she is approaching it as an ETUDE (typically a short 🎶 musical composition usually for one instrument (as you can see in this video) that is designed as an exercise to either improve the technique or demonstrate skills that the player has) if you 👂 listen to it that way, then it works, but I personally don't tend to be to impressed by technique alone☹️,.... AGAIN, LITTLE MORE THAN MUSCLE MEMORY!!!😉

The sad thing about this very talented young woman is that in 2016 she walked away from it all and has never uploaded another video since then. The reason, she was constantly bullied online by haters who said she had no emotion when playing, this had been going on since she first started uploading her playing when she was just 8 years old and she basically had had enough of it... A sad loss to the world of music, hopefully she'll return one day... We wish you well Tina in whatever you're now doing.

Tina S. Has no Equal. Her Hands have been Touched By God!! She's only 17 at the time of the time of this recording. Born April 8th 1999. It's really nice to finally see someone doing a reaction video who doesn't keep stopping the Music and commenting every few seconds. Finally somebody with the good sense to comment at the beginning and the end whilst letting the Song play through uninterrupted. Listen to Tina's cover of Steve Vai's "For the Love of God" Tina never a word. She speaks with Her Hands as Her words flow freely through the tips of Her Fingers.
    God Bless Y'all.

Kudos for showing this video of Tina S. She simply vanished from UA-cam about 2 years back, never to be seen since. Rich almost needed facial tissues at one point (Full disclosure: I almost did it too). And to have Kel, a pro musician AND classically trained, being "humbled" by that is magical (while some Do-no--good-Whomevers criricise this young lady negatively on her channel). I showed the video to a few musicians that play in symphonic orchestras, and they were flabbergasted - and close to tears. I will definitely link this on Tina's page. Thank you both👍

  • @barkingwolff

This is a real phenomenon. She managed to make me believe that the electric guitar can even compete sometimes with the piano (for half a century I have been an admirer of heavy styles, mostly trash and later progressive but from childhood I love classics) ...
I always liked the "inserts" from classical pieces (like Accept's in their "Metal Heart", etc.), but I have never seen such a REAL guitar in classics in my almost 60 years of life!
    Stay Metal!
    Peace!

The most gifted guitarist I have ever heard. If you want to react to a singer that is as amazing as Tina S then you would really enjoy reacting to Dimash. He is considered by most Singer reactors to be the Best Male Vocalist in the world. He is from Kazakstan. He's 26. Sings in 12 languages and plays 7 different instruments. He is the only singer who has a range over 6 Octaves. His highest note is a D8 (which is off the piano keyboard) He has a couple dozen songs vocal coaches and singers react to. If you want to see if all this is true, start will Dimash SOS that he sang when he was only 22 on the program called the Singer.

I'm not a classically trained musician or any kind of musician. I am more of a mechanic. So my thoughts run to ...." I wonder how often she has to change out her fingers for new ones?"🤔🤔🤔

Second time watching the reaction. Rich had his eyes glued on the guitar techniques...Kel, after the initial stun, started to switch and got into the actual music. Excellent responses.

She’s the most gifted female guitarist out right now....and I believe she was only 16 when she did this!🙀🙀🙀

That's the piece I listened to when I was 5 and decided I'm going to play that one day! And so I did.. it "only" took 10 years of practice :D What an awesome rendition and interpretation, I love that piece on the piano, and as a lover of metal music it's pretty much the perfect marriage! Thanks for reacting and sharing!

Awesome, I've seen other videos of Tina but not this one. Great find to whoever suggested it. With Kel being a classically trained pianist along with my enjoyment of playing the piano makes it even more special.

I've been following Tina for several years now, and she is still, IMHO, one of the top female rock guitarists on the planet! She took a lot of s^^t in her comment section when she was doing videos on a regular basis, and I guess she finally snapped and took everything down (or made them private) for a while, but eventually made her videos public again, but this was the LAST video she did on UA-cam. From what I've heard, she is currently going to college and whether she'll make any more videos on YT, is anyone's guess. I'm really hoping she does, but it is to be seen. Really enjoy yall's reaction to Tina S.!! She's got quite a few other works on her channel if you're interested. Great review!💖😁👍👍 *BTW:* You can easily tell from the video that there are no breaks, restarts, or cuts. Can you imagine the level of precision she had to achieve to do that?!😮

Sadly quite a few middleaged men got annoyed about her crushing them on the guitar, so they started to question the videos. That somebody else were playing. It being recorded at half speed etc... Hope she makes a comeback.

Great reaction. I too was blown away the first time I watched her. My fav of her's is #TinaS The Loner, a Gary Moore cover. She doesn't show the emotions but one can feel what's inside her. Please react to it.

A guitar is like a beast you have to tame, to domesticate. She’s making it her own lap dog, a little poodle with no resisting tendencies at all. Amazing...
