One thing that people have to understand about her expressions is that she in IN THE MUSIC and expresses in that way. She IS that music that she is playing.
Yeah you are this girl is absolutely insane. I mean her speed and precision is beyond incredible. When I first saw her was when she was chewing gum while playing Vai's cover. I'm thinking no way this wasn't sped up.. but when you watched her chewing that gum IT was NOT sped up... only her play was cranked.. and she just did not let up. Vai's own admission after watching it... he was blown away. I mean she was right there with him every step of the way and in fact even went off on a tangent of her own. Yeah I wonder what he REALLY thought?
- This piece was composed by Patrick RONDAT for the electric guitar in the 1980s. Patrick RONDAT played this piece in concerts with Jean-Michel JARRE. Patrick RONDAT is a friend of the teacher of TINA S, Renaud LOUIS-SERVAIS, they do guitar masterclasses together.
Tina’s astonishing physical dexterity and eye and hand coordination is second to none. She is the definition of a virtuoso in addition to being a living legend at such a young age. Tina is to guitar playing what Angelina Jordan is to singing.
I enjoy watching Uncle's anticipation of your reaction to Tina..... just the look in his eyes knowing what's coming since he's been watching it serveal times....priceless
I believe you're yet to check out her cover of Malmsteen's Arpeggios from Hell, which she performs whilst seeming to simultaneously watch her favourite TV show, contemplate the meaning of life, and do her maths homework. Given one of your comments, this seems an obvious next reaction. BTW, this Vivaldi was an arrangement by Patrick Rondat.
@@TheCurtisMagicUncleGijShow - Actually, thinking about it, - and given the piece is only 2'30" long - it may be interesting (and amusing) to show Malmsteen playing it first, followed by Tina. Here's Malmsteen's video: ua-cam.com/video/n6kPfe9gVJk/v-deo.html
Wherever she is, and whatever she's doing I wish her all the best, and I hope that the theories that she is no longer with us are not true. You should check out babysaster, she's a phenomenal Japanese guitarist.
Through the Fire and Flames from Dragon Force was a masterpiece of her. Herman Li, main lead guitarist of Dragonforce, said she is playing over the Guitar Hero recording as both lead guitarists are missing and she plays both parts !! He was stunned. By the way, she was 15 year when she played th Vivaldi tribute.
Uncle Gij its great seeing you getting back to Tina. She has a cover of Malmsteens Arpeggios from Hell by the way. I don't think you and Curtis ever reacted to it. If Katie is going to be a regular fixture, I would love to see her reactions to some of Tina's covers you already reacted to like the Beethoven piece and my favorite, For the Love of God. Would also love to see you react to Altitudes again. The first time you and Curtis were doing your takeover tuesday reaction and were pretending to be other characters. It was funny, but would also like to see your actual reaction. I know it wouldn't be an original, but I think its been long enough where you would be amazed again, or maybe thats one you could redo with a guest reactor. You and Curtis had some of the best reactions to Tina S that I've seen, and believe me I've seen a lot. Glad you've brought her back. One other thing...I would suggest you check out a band called The Warning, 3 sisters from Monterrey Mexico. You won't be disappointed. They also have a very loyal fan base who will definitely show up if you react to anything of theirs.
Another site said studying medicine, another new band called Gravity with grunge look, tattoos, dyed hair, who knows. A 7 year absence is very strange with her talent.
