It´s not the kind of product that Amazon might have. It´s more used in electronics. Try to look it for in electronics website such as Farnell. The key name is silver conductive paint.
Step by step, when I see those words I assume just that....do this first and how to do it then next step etc. I have too many questions I need answers for .....but thanks for making the video....

what glue did you use for the membranes?
+kuvisit I used a normal glue for plastics (Loctite), but be careful that this glue doesn´t touch the pads
