what glue did you use for the membranes?

+kuvisit I used a normal glue for plastics (Loctite), but be careful that this glue doesn´t touch the pads

It´s not the kind of product that Amazon might have. It´s more used in electronics. Try to look it for in electronics website such as Farnell. The key name is silver conductive paint.
