Because lack of advertisement, low production, Genesis and super Nintendo are becoming obsolete and 'inferior' compare to PlayStation's 32 bits.

Well there's the reason no-one played it: IT was released in 1997! By then everyone had moved on to the PSX, Saturn and N64, and Crash Bandicoot 2 and Star Fox 64 where the hottest properties, not some four-year-old dinosaur franchise on aging tech!

Another reason no one played this game is due to the fact it's just an enhanced Game Boy ver. of JP. You gave me flashbacks once you started tasing those little annoying dinosaurs😂

I am a big JP fan, but THIS GAME totally went under the radar for me. When i finally got along to play it on a sega emulator, i totally tought that this was one of those asian bootleg games. I played for like 10 mins and shut it off. Imagine my shock, when i found out about what this game was and that it had "3d-ish levels"

The SNES and Sega versions of Jurassic Park look really good, but every game has some sort of horrible frustration that makes them awful.

those chase scenes are insane for sega genesis, this shit would've blown my gotdam mind when i was a kid with my sega back in the day!

I consider myself a no one and can confirm that I have played this game. No clickbait here.

Nothing's more satisfying than when you accomplish a game that you've been wanting to accomplish for a very long time😊

I don't know how they've done the car controls, but I think the way it's done in Halo: CE on Xbox might be perfect. This is where you press in the direction you want to go and then press accelerate, and the car then smoothly turns to that direction and starts moving forward in the direction you're pressing. It takes a couple of seconds to get used to, and then it just feels great because all you have to do is press in the direction you want to move just like you would when controlling the player normally. Having said that, Halo always keeps the camera behind you, be you in first person or in third person vehicles, so it might not work with a design where the camera itself doesn't move to face the direction you are moving. I'd have to try something like it to see. But I think it should work.

This game came out near the end of Genesis' life cycle. That probably why.

All this time I thought this game was Jurassic Park Rampage Edition, what a reveal!

  • @nonplayercharacter596

I rented this when new and played it basically non stop from Friday after school until Sunday night. Had a copy of all 16 bit jp games up until a few months ago when downsizing to mister fpga. Great game.

This is the Jurassic Park game I remember for Genesis. I couldn't find it for the longest time. One of the better games from the era.

  • @BlusViews

Good stuff! This game isn't well covered on UA-cam so thanks for the video!

  • @gocanuckurself1
