    A perfect workout for today. I did this after working on my yard. The setting, pace, and music is just the right pace and puts me in a mood to give it 100%.

    When you said it's going to be 20min today I thought "chill" but eventually at round 4 I was slowly dying.... I really enjoyed it, thank you!

    We started today with these fat burning routine to complement coach Ali's beast mode upper body 30 days dumbells workout. Our goal? Next summer bikini season smoking hot bodies killing it, hahahaha. I remember when my friend didn't want to quit the gym and workout with me at my place... now I can't get her out of here!

    With my busy schedual your workouts fit into my life perfectly....I would however appreciated if in between sets, we could have approx. 3 seconds to transition into the next exercise. Thank you...:-)

      I've been following coach Ali for 2 years now. I think you might find that your suggestion would defeat the purpose of this type of interval training. As I understand it it's supposed to be 3mins of training followed by 1min rest (while the next exercise combination gets explained). I've done lots of programs on this channel with break between sets too so they do exist, just not in Fatburner HIIT 💪🏼

    As i couldn't join your channel don't know i can't see the join button so i started this after doing the beginner work out for 15 days i thought to continue the beginner one but so sad for me now i have no other option .

      Hi Robbin, yes you can combine them. I would suggest doing the DB workout first and then following up with the HIIT workout :)
