Using 5 & 10lbs for the first time. A resident was evicted, he gave me 2 plates. MY Posture is MOST Improved. Thanks I can't wait to try more.

Ooooh i loved this! I've been getting very lazy during corona confinement so i found it challenging but good! I'm a yoga and Pilates teacher myself (and i used to instruct all sorts of fitness classes) so i normally don't like doing online video classes - i get distracted by instructors that talk too much or go way over the top with praise which seems kinda tacky and not genuine. i loved that you just got down to business, didn't talk all the way through so i could actually enjoy the music (which i also appreciated). I will aim to complete your 30 day challenge.

Been doing these daily since we are back in lockdown and the gym is shut. I love them, love how the workouts get more intense throughout the days, and loving the cardio finishers at the end. Does anyone know if Tamara has an Instagram account. She’s amazing 😍😍

I did this with a 10KG weight plate, it's very heavy, but it works!
I did it with 5 and I barely finished it hahhahaa

Just did my day one of this challenge! I really struggled and yooo, I died lol. But I feel so good :) :)

Day 1 of 30: Wasn't too bad, I struggled a little with some of the squats but I'm feeling good
Day 2 of 30: This workout was a breeze but the wall sits really got me
Day 3 of 30: So far so good! I loved today's workout, it was a good challenge and really made me sweat
Day 4 of 30: This workout was super easy for me but definitely still got me sweating! I decided to use a 10 and 15lbs weights
Day 5 of 30: Today was a killer! Definitely will be feeling it tomorrow:)

How many calories does each workout burn on avg? I understand it will differ, depending on plate size and person's weight but an avg?

I cannot squat with this weight over my head
I saw my mammogram I have way too much Upper body fat . Looked like fluffy clouds on top of breast tissue. I hope this helps build the muscles underneath 😊
