I loved it! I'm pretty familiar with the ball but I learned a new move. I sit on the ball, hold a medium- sized foam disc with my hands, put a tennis ball on top of it and... Mom, no feet!! Please, please, make a series on your yoga practice! I have chronic sciatica and had to quit hatha yoga, I'd love to find a way to go back to it. Thank you for your amazing videos! You're a great inspiration.

When I'm at the gym, the young guys always try to do what I'm doing. They think of themselves as invincible. But, most of the time, they struggle. Nevertheless, at least they try, and we have so much fun. I tease them by saying that if an old lady like me can do it, they should be able to do it, too.
Trainers challenge my balance by throwing balls at me or distracting me. I don't budge!

I sat on the ball doing those circular movements I pull all the muscles in my back because my small muscles were weak. It now makes me see how weak my balance is. I walk on a treadmill for an hour a day and half an hour on a bike. As you say my balance is shocking I don’t do any balance exercises. So now I am going to start slowly.

A word of caution from a retired dancer - people with (most) knee injuries should avoid kneeling. The exercise at 12:34 puts a lot of pressure on the lower back. At 13:49 one should keep the elbows close to the head.

You are so kind. Thank you. Dr. Menopause Taylor I have a quick question not related to exercise. I’ve been on the Femring for a few months now. I felt it wearing off at 4 to 6 week mark. Fortunately my gynecologist (and insurance) allowed me to replace it every 4 weeks. My question is, is that okay to replace it that soon compared to the 90 day recommends?!!!! I am confident you will say yes, but making sure I’m not “abusing” the estrogen lol I use this in conjunction with the Mirena IUD. I’ve tried every type of HRT and the Femring is my favorite.....
