Just bought my first Betta in 40 yrs. After watching all your videaos, I am ready to start breeding them.
40 yrs ago I ha successfully bred one pair. The male ripped half of the side off the female. I read somewhere that you could take her out and put iodine on the wound and it would heal.
It did with no problem, but finding small enough food for the babies was my downfall.
Your videos showed me all of my mistakes, taking the female out early enough, and hatching Brine Shrimp to feed them and everything about the timing of getting the parents out and when. Feeding the fry, then putting them in a grow out pond. I am ready to try it again. Thank you for what you told me in 7 videos. Can't wait!

I think the floating plants are water lettuce for those wondering. I personally use dwarf water lettuce and they work great! Make sure to wash your plants before you apply them!
