The ketogenic diet was thought of in the 1920s by a doctor looking to help epilepsy patients reduce seizures. It significantly helped reduce or eliminate seizures during his studies. Larger studies are being conducted right now to see what the connection is. My belief? The large loss of intelligence in this country is because of our diet. The large increase in metabolic syndromes, mental illness, obesity, infertility, heart attacks etc is because of the highly processed garbage most Americans eat daily. Sugars, preservatives, chemicals etc. The first study I spoke of showed a clear correlation between diet and mental health and astounded those involved. I know from my own experience in eliminating most carbs and eating higher fat foods that I feel ten thousand times better mentally and physically than I did eating standard American chemically infused foods. The food pyramid is a lie. Recently Tufts released a study showing that things like Lucky Charms, Reese's Puffs and M&Ms were better for you nutritionally than an egg fried in butter. That's all hogwash and we know it. But, if you break down who funds their studies you'll quickly see just how many big food corporations fund them. I think if we fix our diet we can start fixing our country. If we stop listening to the "professionals" whose studies are funded by big Pharma and big food, and insurance companies and start getting back to whole foods instead of factory created seed oil laced glitter food a lot of things will improve in our health and well being.

My belief? The large loss of intelligence in this country is because of our diet. If we stop listening to the "professionals" whose studies are funded by big Pharma and big food, and insurance companies and start getting back to whole foods instead of factory created seed oil laced glitter food a lot of things will improve in our health and well being.

That is literally the opposite of what he said. He ACTUALLY said that center left and center right have far more in common than the fringe psycho in Antifa or the Alt Right. Goddamn son,pay attention.
He was not justifying antifa or claiming they were doing something he wishes he could do himself.
But I will say he did a bad job articulating his stance. I too was waiting for one of Eric's profound statements and was disappointed.
@@chadfolzenlogel8739 he articulated a false equivalency between the left and the right, on both an institutional and radical level. This just proved his own lack of understanding of the psychological characteristics of the left and right, and of their differences.
