it was really good that you included an international student for their perspective which helped :) I'm getting my IB results in a few days, i'm applying in clearing and really want to go to Edinburgh if possible !! i've been watching your videos about edinburgh as well which has helped to give me a good idea about what it might be like
Thanks ! I'm really glad that you found this useful! There's a part two coming next week where we look more into the academic side of things. All the best with getting into Edinburgh next year :)
I'm only now watching this after having it on my list for months 😅I just got my acceptance to Edinburgh, and this is really helping me figure out where I want to go! Thank you, Ria! ❤️
Congratulations girl on your acceptance! Hopefully my videos help give you a good insight into life at Edinburgh. Let me know what else you would be keen to see, or email me any questions :)
i’m starting uni next year (deciding between Durham, Bristol and St Andrews) and one pf my main worries is finding friends. Just wanted to say that you all come across as people I would want to meet at uni :)
That is such a nice comment! Hopefully you meet really great people. Have you visited the unis? I know St. Andrews and Durham are pretty small towns, where as Bristol is bigger.
LSE is now notorious for selling out degrees to the riches, definitely not a decent place for any proper human being looking for a meaningful education.
Hi, Im not sure if anyone is still watching this video, but I had a question: to study economics, is Bath or Exeter better? Which has a better reputation and overall is best? Thanks :)
Edinburgh is a top university? That's like saying KCL isn't for UCL rejects who were in turn LSE/Imperial rejects. LSE has more nobel laureates in the econ department than Kings has in its history.
UCL students are not LSE/Imperial rejects. They choose UCL because it is more beautiful looking, is much bigger, and offers more variety of courses, people and societies. What is more, UCL is older, and often ranks in the World top 10-20 in all the major international rankings.

Still better than East Asias
Especially the Masters degrees. Just a cash cow. Not hard to get onto - some of them.

Well imperial/LSE are oxbridge rejects anyway.
@@kpp28 Mostly. But depending on the course

And Edinburgh is a top university, as shown in global league tables.
@@kpp28 about 50 percent are oxbridge rejects to be precise
