@@FreyaReacts Something you should understand about eminem, is that his songs arent ever about one single thing. Well some are. He's probably on the autism spectrum, and he grew up as a bullied poor kid, so comic books are par for the course for someone like that. And he's still relevant it's not a whole lot of artists that came from the 90s and 2000s that are still relevant that are still relevant and he has three personalities Slim Shady Eminem and Marshall
Great reaction 👍 I was just thinking, if you ever do the song beautiful make sure you do the unedited version as the censored one has the entire 3rd and outro missing. Also the songs never love again and going threw changes are 2 of my favorites 👍
You have to listen to his earlier stuff and to see the change you got to watch Slim Shady versus Marshall then you'll get to just how he was back in the 90s and 2000s

You are not speaking nonsense. When you listen to someone like ‘Em, and follow his catalog, it is surreal because you feel like it is in real time but he has been through all of his experiences. It is like reading someone’s gigantic audio diary, and wherever you ARE, that is where he WAS. I would say, just stay in the B-rabbit hole, and just let go, AND let it go wherever it takes you, imho. I could tell you every damn track you should listen to, but this is your ‘Em, Marshall, Slim journey, so follow the Sun, and take a rest in the Shad(y) when needed then keep going, there is so much, it is so rich, there are triumphs, and missteps, like all of us. 🔥👌😎 JP
Hey, didn't watch you for couple of days because of personal problems, anyway love your reaction. Em is my personal hype man for every struggles or achievements. The man can't do wrong... ❤❤❤❤😅😅😅
Hello Ms.Freya! I’ve now watched 7 of your videos now but this will be my first comment ma’am. And if I had to guess I’m probably about to be blasted out of the comment section for this I’m sure. Even though I’m not hating on Em at all , I was in junior college when he dropped his first album in the late 90’s and I do believe he’s the best to ever do this, but I only liked small samples of his works and that was just about every personal song he made I enjoyed , everything else I didn’t really have an ear for. However…….. 2 years ago I became bedridden due to a car accident and found an artist that I’d love to see you react to because he changed my mind about rap and my perspective on myself and the world around me. His name is NF, and a lot of people are going to tell you he’s a Christian rapper but he’s not, he’s just a rapper that’s a Christian. There’s a difference! Please check out his song and video HOPE ma’am. I drove 18 wheelers prior to my accident and I’m Christian, but people didn’t call me a Christian truck driver!! I already subbed in your first Em video I heard so I’m going to still be here either way ma’am but NF is by far the most transparent and honest writer/artist I’ve listened to in my 45 years!
Thank you so much for being here and taking time to comment and share. NF has come up a few times, actually. I would love to check out other artists as well so, NF is officially on the list! for clarification this song was released before arose and has nothing to do with it other than that its also motivational, not sure what the other commenter meant.
Yes, they weren't written in this order, but they flow well this way. Arose is Em reflecting (a good few years after the fact) on how close he came to death from addiction and how he resolved to get himself together and come back with a whole new energy and determination. Not Afraid is him fresh after doing that and expressing that exact energy and determination.

Thanks so much for the tip! Beautiful is definitely on the list so this is great. Much appreciated! 💛
You have to listen to his earlier stuff and to see the change you got to watch Slim Shady versus Marshall then you'll get to just how he was back in the 90s and 2000s
Love the way you lie, space bound and coffin
Whenever I listen to this song, it gets me motivation to do something to do in life a help me be a better person. Also , I'm not alone. Who else is going through something
for someone so new you catch a lot of the lines and the meanings
Thank you. I've always thought I did a good job with lyrics in other genres but, feel pretty clueless sometimes doing these. So its nice to hear there is some hope for me, lol
Hey Freya I've enjoyed this new channel, thanks for making reaction videos.
Thank you so much! Glad you are enjoying it!
I just realized that this the first song youve reacted to that didn't invole him burying someone hahahaha.
Another song where he essentially forgives his mom is in the song Headlights. If you need a good workout/motivation song then check out Higher.
Thanks so much! I did do "Headlights" and wow....that song. Hopefully you get a chance to check it out.
Higher -- officially on the list. Thanks so much for taking a minute to comment. Much appreciated! 💛
He pronounces words in certain ways to make them rhyme too. Word bender.
Soldier is a really great track. So is Marshal mathers.
Rock Bottom is beautiful. And so is beautiful. lol
Thank you so much! Beautiful and Rock Bottom are officially on the list. This list has a life of its own so, please hang in there with me. Can't wait to hear these, though! Much appreciated!
I listen to all his stuff
Yeah he's talking to his fans in this song he's telling people that are struggling with addiction to follow him & that their not alone
Yeah....it's amazing. Loved, loved this! So motivational, inspirational! Loved it!
@@FreyaReacts yeah Eminem is so cool this is one of my favorite eminem songs along with Stan & wen Iam gone & mockingbird & his diss track toward Mariah Carey
Remember your reactions are to lost songs what he was going through at that time
love it
Eminem is the rap god goat he's been through many struggles so everything he is saying is within his heart and yes he can be controversial but who ain't technically he is just a normal dude that can spitfire out of his mouth like no other he conquered so many struggles and a lot of us can't even put ourselves in that position and he raised Hip Hop and if somebody says he is not the rap god goat fight me and I'll tell you what he has accomplished and what he has been through and what he is still going through and he's still makes the best of it he opened up Hip Hop pretty much for the whole world hip hop is now for everybody and yes we had a few other white rappers before him that killed it play the Beastie Boys you should check them out but other than that I don't see anybody that has done what he's done in the rap game
Thank you. Yeah, I am beginning to see that I've really missed out on watching his career over time. But, I'm glad to be here now and have just been so surprised (in the best possible way.) Thanks so much for being here and taking a minute to comment! Much appreciated!
🔥👌😎 JP
His talking about his song called relapse & he felt it didn't do that well
Hey, didn't watch you for couple of days because of personal problems, anyway love your reaction. Em is my personal hype man for every struggles or achievements. The man can't do wrong... ❤❤❤❤😅😅😅
Hope all is well. Glad to see you back!
This song is awesome
It really is. I loved, loved, loved it! I needed it too! So glad I heard this! Much appreciated!
Please hang in there with me, though. This list took on a life of its own. But, I can't wait to check them out! Much appreciated!
i like you are reaction
Also, exercise these demons! I was thinking about that line when I went for a run today 😀 then hopped on UA-cam and saw this upload! What a coincidence
Oh how cool. What a happy coincidence! Hope you enjoyed the video! Appreciate you being here and sticking around with me. 💛
Freya 🤗🥳 with another great reaction let's gooo keep up the great work
Thanks so much! This one was a lot of fun to do. Loved it!
Fire
I was young when he dropped his first hit I think I was 19 or 20 I'm not sure he's a lyrical genius
Reaction to All she wrote by T.i ft Eminem
Niceee
Can you rreact to Eminem-Goong through changes, the song details everything hes been through
Thank you for the suggestion. Going Through Changes is officially on the list. Please hang in there with me. This list is out of control but, I can't wait to check this out. Thanks, again! 💛
Great request. It's a deep song.
I luv your vids❤
Thank you so much! So glad to hear I'm doing something somewhat right here.... much appreciated!
you should check out 2000 VMA Eminem performance
that rabbit hole only goes deeper Alice
MTV
I do kinda feel like Alice down the rabbit hole? Sitting at some crazy tea party but, hey -- not complaining! Ok, 2000 VMAs officially on the list! Please hang in there with me...this list got a mind of its own. But, can't wait to check this out! Much appreciated!
Fack is soooo meaningful.....bring the tissues......wait...lol.....also....seriously.....DO KIM...
..STORY TELLING AT ITS BEST
lol....people keep warning me about that one. I don't know what to think about doing that song. lol
Just got done watching the arose reaction. Loving your stuff if you want another artist to listen to as well do NF- How could you leave us. That’s a song that feels like it was meant for me super relatable.
Thanks so much for checking out the channel! Much appreciated! NF How Could You Leave Us is officially on the list. Please hang in there with me...the list took on a life of its own. But, I can't wait to check this out! Much appreciated!
@@FreyaReacts I’m here for the journey I’m loving your reactions also well done for getting the teeth references about fillings-feelings and crowned and capped. A lot of people don’t get that reference so you done well.
@@kylemckee3968 Thank you -- I've had so much dental work done so...there's a minus to that, lol
@@FreyaReacts either way still a good catch keep doing your thing tho it’s great and I’m looking forward to your future videos. Much love from England.
Awesome reaction now you gotta do deja vu
Thanks so much! Glad to see I'm doing something part-way right here....
Deju Vu -- officially on the list. Please hang in there with me, this list took on a life of its own. But, I can't wait to check this out. Much appreciated!
Freya, I love the Eminem content keep it coming. Can I suggest reacting to Ren next. He has absolutely taken over reactions and his music is the most powerful thing around. Listen to Ren- Hi Ren first and go down the Rabbit Hole from there❤
Ps his reactions are subscriber magnets lol
You’re doing great btw.
I appreciate that!
Another great reaction. I do believe Em felt responsible for anyone he influenced to go the drug route. I think he's saying "If you followed me to that place of drugs, then follow to sobriety". Just my humble opinion
Oh, wow.....thanks for that perspective. Much appreciated.
🔥
Do 'beautiful' full lyrics version or 'sing for the moment' next
Thanks so much for the suggestions. Beautiful and Sing for the Moment are officially on the list.
@@FreyaReacts From what I've seen from your reaction videos, you'll love them both! Deep songs both. Just make sure you listen to the full version of 'beautiful' lyrics. Loving the reactions. Keep em coming!
React to Kasey Chambers - Lose Yourself (cover). She changed the song in a type way you can appreciate even more Eminem's pen. And that cover touch me like Lose Yourself never could
Yep, got that on the list. Can't wait to check it out. This list got out of hand really quickly but, I've gotten this one quite a few times. Thank you! 💛
Ain't no way you have never heard this song, this is like not knowing who Jesus is.
Lol, well I didn't just not listen to him - I actively avoided his music. The only one I can think of that was just unavoidable is "Lose Yourself" and even that one, I know the hook and general pace of it but, not really the lyrics.
@@FreyaReacts I was the same for like... 15 years... And one day out of nostalgia of past time I saw Mookinbird (just a radio record in my head), now his playlist is longer than every artist I have ever listen.
@@mrBobTek I'm beginning to see why. I also really loved this song because it's the first one that I can really give to my son as an introduction. If you're aware, he was listening to something that I couldn't understand and when I asked his what it was, he said rap. And, I said no that isn't. I don't know anything really but, I know at least enough to know that whatever that was...it wasn't rap. So, this song in particular is super special because my son kinda sparked this whole channel/journey.
yeah he curses alot, but he has helped pulled people out of the darkest points. he has some songs that are pure violent etc but he continued to create music for people that look upto him
I really wanna see your reaction to 3am or stay wide awake, Im really interested in what you would think.
Thank you so much. 3am then Framed (in that order, I'm told) are officially on the list. Stay Wide Awake -- officially on the list. Please hang in there with me. The list is outta hand but, I can't wait to check these out. Thanks so much! Appreciate you!
03:25 lol
Hi Freya, this is the second reaction of yours I've watched. I wanted to give you a heads up. Some people will ask you to react to Fack. Don't react to it. Fack is like a joke track.
Thanks so much. That actually has come up. Only once (so far) but...yeah. Appreciate the warning! Thank you!
Fire Em❤️🔥
Yeah, this was just amazing! Loved, loved this!
for clarification this song was released before arose and has nothing to do with it other than that its also motivational, not sure what the other commenter meant.
Oh, wow. Ok, thanks. Hmmmm
He meant that eminem’s life journey portrayed in “not afraid” happened after “arose”.
I would after this react to beautiful .
Thanks so much. Beautiful is officially on the list!
oh i cant wait one of my all time favorite's songs and there is an official video for it. ua-cam.com/video/lgT1AidzRWM/v-deo.html@@FreyaReacts
React to Lazarus new song “Scalpel” produced by Denaun Porter of Shady Records. Just came out, most lyrical song in years!! No Life Shaq just did a reaction, Tech N9ne posted it and The Game posted it too! ❤
Thanks for this comment again. I have this on the list but, definitely think I need to get better at this before I try to do "the most lyrical song in years!" Thanks so much for the suggestion!
🙏🏼☦️🙏🏼
It's after his Rehab
Yeah...like he's promising not to go back to that "dark" place of addiction. This was amazing! Loved it! Thank you!
Hey Freya, can you please react to Eminem - Stay Wide Awake. Thanks!!!
Thanks so much! Stay Wide Awake -- officially on the list. Please hang in there with me...the list is out of control. But, I can't wait to check it out! Thanks, again! Much appreciated!
Haha, Freya i recommend you that u do this song after a couple more songs of Em, because this is something totally different from what u are hearing on this songs. Btw, Stay Wide Awake is a liryc masterpiece.
@@julienfe4820 Oh, thanks for the tip!
It’s horror core rap. Slim shady style.
Really excellent rap, but it’s literally a horror movie told in a rap.
It’s hard to wrap your head around without loving Em first.
Then once you love Em you can start appreciating his unhinged twin alter ego slim shady :)

Please react to 8 mile. You will love it and we will too.
Thank you! It's definitely on my list of things to do...just trying to figure out the specifics of how/when/where. But, I do understand that it is loosely based on his own life story so, I am super interested in watching it. Thanks so much! Appreciate you! 💛
ill tell you what if you want to learn more follow knox hills break downs on Eminem.
Thank you for that. I bet that would be a good thing to do after I do my reactions here. Otherwise they wouldn't be first-time listens. But, I am super interested in learning so, Knox Hill -- thank you!
@@FreyaReacts It will blow your mind just how clever rap songs are if you listen to knox hill break them down. Theres lots of techniques, technical rhyming and multiple meanings throughout these songs. especially in eminems later songs. You will find his older stuff easier to follow than his later stuff
you are very welcome

Again chorus
you could pause during the hook, also your audio delay is bad idk if its intentional but its unfortunate
Yeah, I'm sorry about that. I'm not working with the best equipment but, I do hope to improve on that soon. I'm gonna do my best on the pausing, I know I'm clueless but, I do want to get better. Thanks so much!
