Trust in each other and remember to really listen to your partner, child, family, friends etc when they are talking or complaining, its the listening and trying to understand what someone is trying to say rather than formulating a reply in your head while the other person is still speaking that can cause conflict in a relationship/friendship , particularly during stressful times like bringing home a new baby etc. So just listen and try to understand and not take things too personally when your partner is upset and vice versa. That's the best advice I can offer as a therapist and remember to love, play and practice kindness as that baby is gonna pick up on everything you do.
