One of the very best underrated comedy slasher films ever made. I love how it took the "psycho hillbilly" premise and turns it completely upside-down, and even makes the "hero jock" the real villain. I really wish I had the chance to see this many years ago. This is a movie that truly deserves a sequel. "It's true, Chad. You're half-hillbilly."

One of my favorite lines from this is when Alan goes "ohh he's cracklin' like a log!'. Gets me every time. And the woodchipper scene had me laughing to tears the first time I saw it. Such a fun movie.

Very low budget film but the story was solid and people really seem to get the comedy in it along with the characters. Glad you enjoyed, and took me back to seeing it again through the audience eyes and what was appreciated in all the gags. Cheers and Happy Halloween all.
Favorite line is we need to hide all the sharp objects. Its oddly sweet even though its not intentional that they thinking about protecting the college kids from harming themselves.
You've come a LONG way. Being able to laugh at the humor behind the horror is a big step. 🥳 My dear, sweet grandmother died when I was very, very young, and I have trouble remembering her voice... but I remember her laugh anytime someone would suffer a minor accident, like stubbing their toe or hitting their head or the like. Sometimes, when things are bad or go wrong, the only thing you can do is laugh, get up off the floor, and get back to living your life.
What a great reaction to one of my favorite movies. I love how it turns traditional horror movies around and laughs at the whole premise. My favorite line is always when Dale says, "I shoulda known that if a guy like me talked to a girl like you, somebody'd end up dead." But Tucker frantically asking, "Are you OK?" is a close second.
I almost choked to death on my popcorn from laughing so hard! Those kids were a danger to each other! It looked like Dale’s friend ended up with someone else’s fingers! 🤣🤣🤣

Not so much a horror movie but just a straight up comedy and I love it! Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine did a great job with these characters, just so personable and likeable.
This movie was hilarious when I first saw it. That one college kid just dove right into the wood chipper, and the hillbilly had no idea because his back was turned. Then he turned around and...surprise! 😂
Absolutely one of my most favourite movies. It's still quite the hidden gem. When people post on socials to recommend a movie, I often pick this and nobody that watched it has been dissapointed. God Bless America is another.
You have grown so much as a movie fanatic. You chuckling while simultaneously being mortified is great. Glad to see you not take the movie too seriously.
She's got a great set ... Of bowling fingers! 😂😂 Love this movie, so happy to see you watching it. I'm at the start of the video and I think you'll love it. I went into it completely blind and I'm so glad I did. At first I was thinking, oh no, this is gonna be a trashy, run of the mill slasher ... 😂 God, I love this movie. "He's making her dig her own grave". How could you not laugh at this movie? The writing is genius. Visual gags, great script, turned the whole genre on its head.
When I first watched this film, I didn't have any clue as to what it was about. I, a rational human being and lover of stories and pantomime, raged at the injustice and waste of life. It had a rare happy ending for that period. However, it is still medical malpractice by the surgeon to have attached that finger to that hand. I'm sure all was well and nothing was missed. There's a pulp sci-fi novel with a hero-ish character with two left hands because of reasons. I don't know why a single finger reminds me of that but it does so here it is written. I have learnt to my personal and professional benefit to listen before speaking. To understand before acting. And re-act only when necessary. It's not an easy skill to learn and it takes learning other skills too like patience and empathy but if we could all try to be more like Dale, planet Earth would be awesome.
Thought you were going to "watch it wrong" for a second. So glad you had fun. I did too. Tucker and Dale seem to get better every time I watch it. It's gonna be a classic.
It's okay. It's okay to laugh at ridiculous things. But I have to admit, the horror with the stifled laughing...that's just uniquely funny. It's why I love watching your reactions.
The Frighteners was also in the poll you mentioned and you said it's the one you voted for so are you going to watch it as well? It's been awhile since I watched it but I remember liking it a lot.
This is a hilarious movie! But you Cassie were hilarious with douche canoe and saying that they all needed to be theraperized! Love it! Hope you had a doozy of a day 🤣😂
I just love how well written this little comedy is. It has no business being so consistent and detailed. For example, each time Allison hit her head, it was unfortunately Dale’s fault, so if they are gonna stick together, the helmet was probably a good. Also, so many of Chads lines could actually be construed as him referring to himself. “I’ve never been this close to pure evil before.” “This is where evil lives.” And he does in fact end up back at the cabin since we see him assault the news reporter and camera man. Just really nice little details.
It's completely OK to laugh at "Are you okay?". It's one of the funniest lines of any movie. I cried at that line the first half dozen times I saw this movie.
I was so hoping Carly would try this one with you. Still waiting for the reaction to stardust... I might have to break down and send you a DVD just so I can have both of you react to it. I already know it will quickly move towards the top of your collective favorite movies list.
This was such a good movie I felt. A film set in my home state of WV (though apparently filmed in Canada). Pokes fun at the "backwoods redneck" trope in a comedic but gruesome fashion. Pretty much anything with Alan Tudyk is great.
I wasn't expecting this, I was laughing, having a good time and feeling guilty for doing so, lol. This movies was, um, its even hard to put into words. :) Ducker and Tale were awesome! I love the actors (can't think of their names) and the best friends they were. Cassie as always you were and are amazing, it's never like I am watching a reaction person make a video, its as if I was just watching along with a friend. 🫶
A Canadian friend of mine met Alan Tudyk at a convention and in his best Hillbilly accent said, “I loved that documentary Tucker & Dale that you made.” The look on his face was priceless until he realised he was being messed with :P
I have never seen so many numbers increasing for this reaction that was released today, and it's still going up. I don't want to jinx anything but I think you might hit a record on the views and maybe even the likes. I think you are definitely broadening your horizons with this one, this movie is the polar opposite of John Carpenter's The Thing and it is done brilliantly. I do find it adorable that you were trying to hold back the laughs because of how messed up it is, Cassie says "That's not funny", meanwhile everyone else said "Yes it is". It's clear that your emotions and your brain was fighting with each other on how to respond to everything you saw, but I see this as a form of enlightenment for you. I get it Cass, but don't be ashamed for laughing. I was crying from laughter when Tucker asked "ARE YOU OKAY?!". Still has me giggling. It's okay Cass, that doesn't mean anything bad. It just means that you are opening your mind, there is no right or wrong way to what we define as "funny". If something is NOT Funny, trust me I would tell you right away. Thank you for watching this movie. You made me happy.
Wife and I watched this a bit ago and absolutely laughed our asses off! Zombieland deserved the win for sure, but this is a pretty worthy second place, and I'm glad to see you watched it! Watching you laugh and be horrified at the same time is priceless!

Not so much a horror movie but just a straight up comedy and I love it! Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine did a great job with these characters, just so personable and likeable.
Alan Toodee and Jack Black really were amazing in Dale & Tucker vs Evil 😊
Cassie, check out another film that might mislead you but also surprise you called "Cabin In The Woods" 👍
The guy who plays Chad, the popped collar douche in this movie, was also in an awesome Canadian horror film called Ginger Snaps. Highly recommend it!
I really like Tucker, Dale and Alison... they're shine in their roles!!
“Are you okay?” Best line of the movie.
This was a blast watching you mix laughing with shock with horror with crying....
You have grown so much as a movie fanatic. You chuckling while simultaneously being mortified is great. Glad to see you not take the movie too seriously.
Best line in this, after the kid dove into the chipper....Tucker turns it off and screams, "You ok??!!"
I love this movie way more than I ever thought I would. And I have to say, the mixture of horror and humor is perfectly captured in your reaction.
Three films in one, a horror, a comedy, a romance. Which one will Cassie like best? As if we didn't know.
"I'm not sure what my mouth and brain just did."
I have a feeling that happens a lot...
Wash could never be a bad guy. He is too lovable in all of his roles
Thought you were going to "watch it wrong" for a second. So glad you had fun. I did too. Tucker and Dale seem to get better every time I watch it. It's gonna be a classic.
I'm actually stoked to see her watch this movie. hahaha Such a great movie, and I think she'll love it.
Oh my gosh, I completely forgot about this movie! It's such a funny film 😂
15:34 "Think of them like moving two by fours" 😂😂
This is one of my favorites. Especially when tucker tries to explain what's going on to the sheriff.
"A weirdly, horrifying, good time" is a perfect way to describe this movie lol. I don't know whether to look away or laugh my butt off.
I was so hoping Carly would try this one with you. Still waiting for the reaction to stardust... I might have to break down and send you a DVD just so I can have both of you react to it. I already know it will quickly move towards the top of your collective favorite movies list.
He's a leaf on the wind..😉😊
This was such a good movie I felt. A film set in my home state of WV (though apparently filmed in Canada). Pokes fun at the "backwoods redneck" trope in a comedic but gruesome fashion. Pretty much anything with Alan Tudyk is great.
Even if Cass refuses to say his name! 😉
"We got your friend!"
"They got Allison!"
Wonderful.
So glad you got to watch this brilliantly twisted, gory, funny, and sweet movie!!! Love you show!
LOVE how you feel guilty about laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation
I wasn't expecting this, I was laughing, having a good time and feeling guilty for doing so, lol. This movies was, um, its even hard to put into words. :) Ducker and Tale were awesome! I love the actors (can't think of their names) and the best friends they were. Cassie as always you were and are amazing, it's never like I am watching a reaction person make a video, its as if I was just watching along with a friend. 🫶
❤️❤️❤️
@@PopcornInBed ❤❤❤
